So many comments from casual listeners wondering wtf is going on. In a nutshell, ADOR (HYBE subsidiary and managing company of NJ) ex CEO was ousted from her seat after internal conflict with HYBE, NJ members support her and want her reinstated. NJ claim they are being treated unfairly, so much in fact that they claim those incidents constitute breaches of contract. Which brings us to last week when NJ sent a legal notice to ADOR with several demands, we expect NJ to disband if those demands are not met.
Im not even a fan but that speech made me tear up a bit. These young girls faced a lot of hardships but they are still standing strong. Kudos to NewJeans. Let's hope for a brighter future 😊

In my 10 years of being a Kpop fan, no Kpop group had such an impact on me until NewJeans debuted. And I have had my fair share of stanning a lot of groups. Few years ago I wasn’t interested in Kpop anymore and was sure my time stanning kpop groups was over. That was until NewJeans debuted in summer of 2022. They single-handedly brought me back to Kpop. They even managed to make my parents love Ditto even though they hate Kpop music. This was the first time I bonded with my parents over Kpop. Besides, I knew NJ was special the moment I saw Attention MV and I knew instantly they were going to change Kpop. I’ve always stood by them since then and I’ve never supported a group this much except for NewJeans. Whatever happens next for the girls I will always support them even if that means a complete concept change or name change. NewJeans never die 💙💙💙
But they were the first group I knew and my favorite group and the group that got me out of depression a year ago… I literally thought of k!lling myself because of something personal thats why they made me happy

In a nutshell, ADOR (HYBE subsidiary and managing company of NJ) ex CEO was ousted from her seat after internal conflict with HYBE, NJ members support her and want her reinstated. NJ claim they are being treated unfairly, so much in fact that they claim those incidents constitute breaches of contract. Which brings us to last week when NJ sent a legal notice to ADOR with several demands, we expect NJ to disband if those demands are not met.

In my 10 years of being a Kpop fan, no Kpop group had such an impact on me until NewJeans debuted. And I have had my fair share of stanning a lot of groups. Few years ago I wasn’t interested in Kpop anymore and was sure my time stanning kpop groups was over. That was until NewJeans debuted in summer of 2022. They single-handedly brought me back to Kpop. They even managed to make my parents love Ditto even though they hate Kpop music. This was the first time I bonded with my parents over Kpop. Besides, I knew NJ was special the moment I saw Attention MV and I knew instantly they were going to change Kpop. I’ve always stood by them since then and I’ve never supported a group this much except for NewJeans. Whatever happens next for the girls I will always support them even if that means a complete concept change or name change. NewJeans never die 💙💙💙
But they were the first group I knew and my favorite group and the group that got me out of depression a year ago…

Sure listening to one group isn't just going to cure a depression. But its a contributing factor. A step of getting better and thats somethung. This is actually the most tragic thing that ever happened to a group that ever exists on the planet. Imagine being destroyed by the company's internal conflict, yet people still pointing finger on them, blaming them, and mocking them since people split into rotting for their rights to be treated humanly and those HYBE stans with irrational love of a freaking company. It's a self-destructive reputation with NO CHOICE at all; more likely the only thing they can do to survive; to be stomped on or standing on their own feet. The disbandment isn't even from a bankruptcy, a member's death, or anything. Simply because of adults that can't act like they are supposed to be, making it so devastating and unsettling
