I just started SMM (before seeing this video 😉) and part of the appeal was how much fun everyone seemed to have while doing things beneficial to our health. It may be a serious subject but you don't have to be serious to do it! And it may be a "Simple" method but it's pretty damn effective at exposing all those places where you need to put in the work!
