fried clams are GOATed forsure. one of my fav things to do tho is u clean them in seawater till the water is clear. then feed them some bread crumbs. throw those bad boys on the grill n theyll pop open when theyre done. perfectly salty.
When we go clammin we use a tool that just goes right into the mud and pops out like a big ass mud log when we pull it up. There are usually clams in the log and on the wall of the mud hole
