Nice video love revamping old card and old games... Good times the new age of gaming starting.. Loved tech windows XP for me was the start of the big Jump/// eventually just getting stronger and stronger faster and faster for home and office and even editing home movies for family memories. Loved it !
I remember running Skyrim on a NVIDIA GeForce 103M... And being amazed by it. I was probably doing 20/30fps on 720p. So... everything like what is shown on this video is ... perfection.
@DanielCardei I was in awe when I found the first Shout 😅 remember it so well Completely amazed! ... On a 13'' screen. Everything on the absolute lowest settings. And maybe 30fps
Who doesn't??? But, there were good alternatives - the blue Nashua (?) ones. Unfortunately,my 2 are destroyed/plastic decomposed because of the age !!! Wanted so much to made at least 1 out of 2,to pair it with the x1950!
I like your gloves and the test is great, a neat old GPU, even it is outdated by todays standards, it still holds up on its own. Neat card for some older titles, but it's a bit to powerhungry, compared to some modern cheap graphics cards.
Could you monitor the Shared Memory? I am pretty sure about that Windows use shared memory above the 1GB dedicated VRAM. May could be important to someone who has low speed and/or less system memory. Anyway, I like your oldies gadget bencmarks. 🙏 Have a nice day man! 👍
@DanielCardei nope I also think mine was a 2gb card was playing games and got a brown screen followed by a purple screen powered off and during the startup artifacts would appear the longer I was in windows. Went to boot a game it crashed and during bios screen artifacts was all over the screen. I emailed Newegg they contacted AMD got an email back stating it was out of warranty. I said ok. I waited 7months playing on my onboard graphics to get a 980ti back in the end of 2015 I still have that old computer it still games

The card really looks nice
It does look good
Once you do every gpu i hope you do other hardware videos. Maybe cooler testing or cpu testing?
I'm getting now more cpus 🙃

What a cool looking card, it's such a shame that so many good cards were stunted by low VRAM
Back in 2010 though, 1GB was the sweet spot for the games this card was meant to play
Not many thought they will end up here where you need 5 times more vram.
