Apparently Demo B was supposed to be released after the release of the game for the people that still had doubts on it (don't know when though), but I see little point in recording that now that I have the full game xD.
see bottom right corner of the screen. Most characters start off with 3 attacks and learn up to 5 as they level up. You choose which attack to use by inputting A+ a direction button. After you use a particular attack, it will be grayed out. If you use all variety of attacks available to you, you get a "attack+1", which allows you to use any attack again. Btw, by connecting your attack with the enemy just before they touch the ground, a critical hit can be triggered.
If the demo is any indication, mashing A won't kill enemies in 1 attack later on, which means to get the most out of your attacks you are gonna have to time it well to get some criticals for extra damage (and exp), not to mention higher combos means better experience at the end so it may matter if you start falling behind in levels later on (but who knows, I'm not that far yet hahaha).
PXZ does happen after NxC and Endless Frontier Exceed timeline-wise, so you will see people acknowledge either other (since they know each other), but they don't talk much about stuff from there. There is one key element where it ties back, but IIRC they explained it clearly enough here.
The events of that game happen, and characters often make mention of that, but everything you need to know is usually said in game, anything you might get confused at is the history of the characters because they fade away.
Kogoro... have you SEEN how high she kicks in that right-queued move? Also, Mii seems a little... nuts, as it were. Glad I bought the game, anyways, turning out to be lotsa fun, even if I don't know most of the characters.
Spectral Souls and Jeanne D'Arc have similar doom limits. Actually in SS, since every turn (both ally and enemy) taken counts as a turn, it's easy to hit the limit if you don't plan. If you exceed 200 turns, a powerful spirit appears and kills everyone on your team. Jeanne D'Arc has narrower margins, such as 10 to 12 turns. I guess with this game, considering how crowded things can get, it's not alarming.
Nah I didn't want to read up on anything and get randomly spoiled what you said is fine. Thats cool just like endless frontier and exceed "I never played namco x capcom but probably no point now" This game is just flat out fun and a gamers dream to have all these characters in one game, even oldschool characters from fighting vipers n zombie revenge I love it.
I watch all ur vids omega since u play most of the same games I play. I'm having enormous amount of fun with this game. I'm so glad we got a US port because there was no way I was gonna buy a japanese 3ds just to play this even though its a amazing game but I'm not rich no way in hell I could afford buying that lol. I'm only on chapter8 and its just awesome no complaints. I hear the game takes about 40hrs to beat not sure if there's any side dungeons/secrets or whatever I don't wanna get spoiled
You wouldn't believe how stupid some of the later stages get... though yes, it does take some effort to get a game over that way. Healing up and movement is an issue.
I was a little confused by that opening monologue. Does anyone know if we need any knowledge of Namco X Capcom for this game? I know it's a spiritual sequel...
this game looks cool enough, but is it worth getting even if I know next to none of the characters? (only street fighter and resident evil... sad I know)
Just bought his game and I have a questions, how do you keep attacking and attacking like that? I am only able to keep up with 3 attacks no more than that. Thanks
Ah project X zone, another great game besides SMT4. Currently on the final chapter on this game. Would of beat this game weeks ago if it wasn't for SMT4.
This games mechanics are very complicated for me 🙁 I keep pressing "A" button but I can't KO the opponent in one round just like you did (Can anyone give me any tips)
I'm sorry to spoil it for you, but there are no extra dungeons or sidequests (it's already been discussed). This game is very linear when it comes to its approach. However, you can start a new game+ with a higher difficulty level and get even better loot.

"'Special Attacks' change to the battle screen to show off you taking a beating"
I'm in love with this game already.
Thanks, I appreciate the support! :D
Thank you for this gameplay. I'm here for the story and legendary voices. :D
yup same here
I love how old schoolish it looks. It makes the game seem a lot cooler. IDK why, but it's cool.
Thanks for not skipping the battle intros and endings! The last walkthrough I found kept skipping them.

I miss this game so much

0:46 Why is there a picture of Halure from Tales of Vesperia...
Geez, Omega. You're getting the rhythm of those criticals a heck of a lot better than I can.
Tried the demo earlier and it was crazy fun. Can't wait to pick up my copy tomorrow. Nice work with those combos!
Can't get them for the supers so far though (even though I don't need the extra damage so far) but it would be nice to get those too lol

The criticals don't matter as much, but you'll need to make use of supports and skills more if you want 1-turn kills.
This game looks pretty interesting, I'll be watching for the next episodes
Oh look, my children.
I can't wait for my copy!!! I will be tuning in again when you put up the next videos, as always.
Megaman reference at the beginning yay
He's more of the Chivalrous type it seems.
I got this game and Muramasa Rebirth (PSVita game and remake of the Wii game.)
Kogoro... have you SEEN how high she kicks in that right-queued move?
Also, Mii seems a little... nuts, as it were.
Glad I bought the game, anyways, turning out to be lotsa fun, even if I don't know most of the characters.
Same core system, some tweaks unique to this.
Because Yuri, Estelle, and Flynn are in this game.
About time, the English version is finally here.
You're welcome and anytime man. :)

Same here. Good to see I'm not the only one, sometimes living in the EU sucks.

That's good to hear. Note I'm still at the prologue. I assume the game gets much more challenging.
I enjoyed watching Namco x Capcom years ago. Thanks for posting this.
Cool characters so far!

So it begins. Shame I'm too poor to get the game myself, but watching your gameplay of it should be more than well enough.
Whoaaaah, they really don't hold back at translating!
I will tune in for every update you put, like I always do Omega. I was watching your channel, but I don't have a Twitch account so I couldn't comment.

I hope you upload more soon.
Yeah I know. Sucks you have to wait a little longer for it.

Why does Europe get denied a majority of games anyway? I've never figured that out. Is it because of translating various languages for the dialog?

,awesome game omega the music also really look forward to it
Oh I was waiting for this :)
awesome music!

Thanks
You think Kogoro is a perv, Mii? You have seen nothing yet. Especially 2 other persons im thinking about.
Hey Omega are you gonna play/record Shin Megami Tensai IV?
How does combat work in this game?
So do you keep fighting infinitely until their dead or is their a time limit?
hey, when those battle sequences happen, does the game do it automatically?
Ohh omg it looks so freaking goood! But just got the game but i will buy an N3DS.
Ah project X zone, another great game besides SMT4. Currently on the final chapter on this game. Would of beat this game weeks ago if it wasn't for SMT4.

I'm sorry to spoil it for you, but there are no extra dungeons or sidequests (it's already been discussed). This game is very linear when it comes to its approach. However, you can start a new game+ with a higher difficulty level and get even better loot.
Super Robot Taisen OG saga Mugen no Frontier Exceed!?
Is it just me, or is this game centers around just mashing the A button? :/
