I don’t understand why after he presents the EO and the child doesn’t display any bx, he would remove attention and wait instead of just progressing to a demand (the natural sequence). If the child can handle it without PB (even if it’s just one trial) why are we stopping? Why not give the SD, see what happens and as soon as an inkling of resistance starts, prompt the my way.
Great question Adrienne! That’s actually what we ended up doing later in tx, on the rare occasion the EO presentation didn’t evoke communication. It worked better than the brief period when I feign distractedness (more of a CAB6 challenge). Hard to show it all in a short video :)

I think the banana symbolize they are doing SBT and when he takes it off it signals they are no longer in an implementation phase
