Thank you R&B Cafe/Bon Bon Entertainmsnt for giving me the chance to see my childhood musical heroes, even though these cats are now part of the ‘older generation’ all of them can still give energetic performance and rock the house.

I just want SWV change up there list a little
you know.... they did change it up and it's run its course with the Summer Block Party and Queens of R&B tours. They have a huge tour announcement coming up for 2025 and they will definitely need to switch the song list up. Maybe we'll get some album cut in there too.
There were some songs from them I didn’t know, probably from one of the new albums, but their first album really holds a special place in my heart (and I think to a lot of people who were there as well). So for the compilation I just picked the songs I liked, also I wanted to enjoy the show as well! Instead of being focussed to get everything on cam. Also, being a long time KS fan I wanted to put more of him in. But Ahoy’s people from the sound department really f*cked up the audio in the first few songs, that’s why I took it out of the edit. But this video was meant to give an impression of the evening and it’s atmosphere and I think it just does that.
@@sharestuffff how come as ks does his own soundchecks? The evening was great though... thanks the camera view is sharp and yes the atmosfere was great.. artists/organisers/promotors should consider rtm more often over Amsterdam.😉🙏😬 even on the seats i saw everybody singing and dancing🎉

Yes it was a great evening. It was great seeing all my favourite artists live in one show. I don’t know about the soundcheck. I just noticed that the sound was really bad at the beginning of his part. We were standing full in front and could hardly hear him sing as the music was just too loud. He than tries to sing a bit louder to the music, which (in my opinion) really fucks up his voice. I’ve seen it sometimes with previous shows of him here in the Netherlands when he actually sometimes instructed the sound technicians while performing. But when the sound settings are good, he sounds fucking phenomenal, even better than on his records. The performance of Make It Last Forever here really shows that and is a true testimony why he is considered one of the, or maybe the greatest R&B vocalist of our time/out there.
I noticed in some other videos that people in other positions actually could hear him better in the beginning than we did, while we were standing upfront.
Only thing I was missing a bit was the interaction with the crowd, getting women on stage and having fun with them (see other videos I uploaded from previous shows). Nevertheless Iit was a great evening and I had a great time. The best thing about going to a Keith Sweat concert is you always go home with the feeling that you had a great night out (can’t say this for every artist I’ve seen live unfortunately) And this was no different. Really enjoyed the show. And looking forward to what’s coming next from R&B Cafe NL
Nah they good if you’re going to complain just don’t attend a show. Just watch it on the computer like you’re doing now so you don’t have to say you wasted your money
