    Great video my brother. You didn’t mention removing the MEATER before the “ caveman” process, but I’m sure you did. Also I’m fairly new to my Kamado Classic 2, so I’m learning from you.

    Don't your steaks get full of ash when you put them directly on the coals?

      No, not when you get it extremely hot! You want to place it in the heats center.
