Election is just an excuse. Prices of properties are going too high, which are actually unrealistic. Real Estate in Gurgaon is just running like a stock market. Initially, it seems to be very good while investing 📈💰 but becomes too much challenging when it comes to reselling. 😫

If you buy at 15000 per square feet today or even at 20000, when you speak of resell it goes down below 15000. Right now brokers and builders are promoting the price but resell is a big challenge. If you want profit as investor, you will get challenge from other investor who are ready to sell at very low rate, not easy to exit at good profit.
Bhai log dekh kar lena already supply jyada hogi hai or builder or resale mein koi aapke liye juice nahi bacha hai. Recession is already in Europe and AI is already eating jobs. So don't rush wait for better payments plan. 8k-10k SQFT se jyada mein kahin bhi end user na lein. He is making video because already sales are down.

Most of the properties in gurgaon are brought by investors or builders who took loan from banks.
There will be a time when supply will be too high ( i.e. when most of these projects will be completed) and demand will be too low, because most of the projects are above 2cr for 3 bhk and i dont think middle class can afford that.

Price high...brokers/delear are struggling in finding customer..no new investment in gurgaon..specially IT companies are moving to Noida and Big car company (Maruti) is shifting to Sonipat..Don't the reason of hike of market in gurgaon.
