sapan verma and kanan gill are most decent comics we have. they dont overreact , they just unfold their experiences in subtle way and invoke laughs

I was 13-14 when EIC Outrage was a thing. I remember the one on section 377. As a young person, I had never seen serious topics dealt with in such a fun way! Comedy isn't really my scene, but y'all were important voices on the scene!

As a fellow privileged comedy enjoyer who grew up watching Jon Stewart, Stephen colbert, Hasan minhaj, John Oliver I'm also proud of Kunal Kamra, Varun grover, Vir Das and their courage. You can be a political satire comedian in India too if you just write intelligent and good jokes, there will always be pushback but when you're good at your craft there's recognition too, sadly there's a lot of lazy comedians just jumping on the bandwagon using click bait titles and topics then complain when they get pushback too. Either take it up with courage and do it sincerely or don't do it at all.
