I have implemented what Mike and John Meadows advise. Every back session is torture. I feel like my back is constantly expanding and being in a hydraulic press at the same time...what this guy says, is pure gold. Thank you for sharing big guy!

I totally agree with mike on the first exercise, I’ve told my coach for years I’m only getting biceps pump and lover back pain for this exercise. Exp when we used to use 40 kg DB now I can’t tie up my shoe laces without being in pain
Could short length pulling be causing the pain I constantly get in my elbow, bicep, and front delt?
I do a one arm pull and twist, but its more a twist on the side im targeting along with a compress and downward toward the center of my back. And i feel the lat burn then start to cramp after the second set💯🦍

I agree would be nice to see a free weight alternative to these machines. I lift at home, but even our commercial gyms don't have this stuff.
Bro I don’t have any of the shit he uses In Any if his back videos except for a the regular hammer seated chest supporter row lol. I’d say 1 out of every 15 gyms will have this assortment of equipment
You can do this on a seated row with two handles. Its not about the machine, its the motion he is teaching you. He also has a dumbbell version of this same motion.
