I just had a 12x24 delivered 2 weeks ago, they used a shed mule that was driven by two small tractor lug tires, instead of tracks like this one has. It took the guy about a hour and a half from showing up to leaving to git er dun. The trailer they haul them on is impressive too, it can extend about 20 feet, if needed, and it has two drive wheels in between the axles that can be lowered and used to move the entire trailer left or right, like if the driver has to make a really tight turn. Cool tools!
Need one moved to a different location on same property, is that feasible? Do you contract for this type of work? Love the machine, looks amazing and has to be loads of fun to operate.
Add 4 thousand dollars to the price for trailer frame ,axles and wheels . Build structure in place, 3 man crew at 3 day minimum 4 day maximum for a 14×40 ......for a hollow shell, less time if building on a concrete slab .

Is there much torque on the part that goes up against the wall up high?
What’s a 14x40 run, more or less (or if there’s no flat rate, what’s the range?)? Tks.
Man less mule?I thought this was about my xwife after I divorced her.
Never understood why the wheels are placed clear at the far end, when that would immensely increase strain on the structure in the mid part...
easier to remove and install
Cabins comply with ANSI codes?
They all come with buckled tin on the roof after moving
I noticed that.
@@andhisband That's why we had the Mennonites come out and build ours on site.
@@Robmancan1987 Because you like buckled tin?
How do we hire you?
Be so much easier to build them on a steenframe with mobile home axles
