From what I've been learning about Sync Licensing tracks is if you have the right track structure (transitions, added elements in each new section, button ending, build up, etc.), mixing and mastering that makes your track sound good, and a definitive genre, that's a good start. There's a lot more that goes into the track, but starting with these ingredients will carry you a long way.
