Staind is becoming one of my favorite bands. I love Mike’s playing style especially on the earlier albums. I’m not a country fan so I’m gonna start digging deeper into Mike

The point of the baritone 7 string is, as he said, he's tuned down to F#but needs to be able to solo better. In all reality it's only adding 5 notes that he didn't have but having an extra string, for Mike a higher string, makes positions and playing easier for the parts that need it. It's not much different than an 8 string.
I don't know if it was out at the time this was made, but Devin Townsend's Peavey sig. is a 7 string baritone.
Yeah he just means for prs. The Guitarist for the deftones has ESP signature 7 and 8 string baritones.

I'm personally a fan of 25.5, but PRSs flat 25 inch necks are so amazingly comfortable. I think its the second most comfortable guitar I've ever owned

they're tuned to F#, basically an 8-string (which are almost always baritone scale for tension reasons) minus the highest string.

Yes it is a baritone and I think it's 28-30 inches which is longer than an 8 string normal guitar which is like 27...+ his normal baritone is 27.7 inches so that shit is tune fuckin low bro
