So much to love about this “property” (mansion) from the tastefully done interior, the expansive backyard, the ocean view, the design, the endless space and upgrade amenities. But I have to say the lighting on the staircase is amazing. Can you imagine what it looks like at night.

Can you IMAGINE spending 50 MILLION DOLLARS on 1 house. Forget the comparison of 6 houses fitting inside this one. You can purchase 200 houses with 50 million. These same sized water front properties in Texas go for about 2 million. LET THAT SINK IN.

You're talking about having 25 million left over after attaining the same thing eventually. Go further south to the more tropical warm regions of Texas and its 10x cheaper STILL. It's not like you're in the middle of nowhere either. You got the ocean, pro sports, collegiate sports, EVERYTHING, as well.
Yeah u mainly paying for the location here in south Florida, they do got big acre properties here though that you can get for cheaper than this, but then again everyone here wants to live on the water

I have a Louis XIII bottle, empty though. And a Remy XO with cognac from WW2. I don't care for cognac but it's a nice looking bottle and it was used in the movie Cocktail with Tom Cruise where he blew all his money on the stock market. Standard size is a 4000$ bottle today. You can get a miniature bottle for 'only' 800$. All pretentious, still the same wooden taste and I don't suck on wood.
Decent house. Slightly expensive. I know prices get crazy close to Miami but 50 still seems significantly above market level. 20 might be more realistic.

Beautiful house and location. Only the fake grass in the back is a bit lazy. Usually these houses seem very sterile because of the size and modern architecture, but this one manages to feel like a home where you can acutally live.
