With the following episode later when Mabel’s spirit tells the intimate meanings of Big and Bev made me laugh so hard that I can’t help but think of that now whenever I watch Dark Winds with Zahn - ‘Like Dat!’ Lol

Whoever invented the "Officer Big" character probably met some professors at the university I work for (Europe). Highly intelligent, educated, award winning, but a bit, eh, clumsy in normal life.😁

Yes I'm happy they didn't have us waiting the entire season for them to reunite!, I know a lot of other shows will do that to make the main character reunion satisfying but like, we wanna appreciate the group together as much as we can, we're running out of episodes 😳😅

Wait a minute, the Texas one is one I use with my family! When everyone’s leaving to go home from a gathering we will traditionally like to know they got home safely and text us. so I shortened it and just say Texas as in “text us” haha I’ve lived in Texas all my life and was happy to hear someone else think of it as well 😂 howdy from Colorado now

Patrick...it's Elora Dannon. Like the yogurt, or more correctly like the character from Willow! In the latest episode, Kenny boy's patch says Burglecutt's salvage. Which is another character from Willow.
Love Willie - She's totally Rez! lol Don't forget in the previous season (S2E9) where the spirit lady touches her; that was powerful. Then where Willie asks Fixico to teach her.

I really love that y'all are giving the full episode reactions to the final season of this amazing show. A light hearted reprieve after the last episode, yet still some important community and relationship-building going on. Definitely character and situation are prioritized over plot, and here we're reminded that is NOT a bad thing!
Forgot to mention, I love the jokes and insights! Great review series, and I hope it continues. Loved the first RD season, but the second really got to me; would love to hear what y'all think about previous episodes if the time is available.
@@ridney5887 Thank you! Me (Patrick) I've always wanted to do episode reviews since the first season. I would talk to my friends who were into Film and I wanted to create something like this for a long time. Native Film Talk & Native Media Theory did cover the 1st two seasons in their own way and were definitely an inspiration.
Depending on time and the demand I could see us doing something for the 1st two seasons, like a wrap up of some sorts.

Because Cheese is such a weeb with his Naruto t-shirts and such, I first thought of the anime glasses meme... When characters put them on dramatically, or the reflection makes them look sus. Also makes him look like a cartoon therapist, which he becomes in the 3x06 a bit... Could be a symbol of him seeing people's emotional needs. He was always portrayed to be really good at that.

It hurts my heart when evil is linked to an animal, usually a wolf. I ADORE wolves. There are so many things about the wolf to be admired. Maybe I read too much into it, but when Cheese put the glasses on and noticed how beautiful the woman is, I thought to myself...hold up, did Cheese think he might be gay because he didn't find women attractive, but then it turns out it's just because he couldn't see?! 😂 And there's the earlier episode at the halfway house where some kids ask if he's gay and he goes "I don't know" 😅

Seems like the girl wants to be a Medicine person. I thought to be a Medicine person as a Native you need to grow up learning and you have to be super intuitive. I forgot the girls name but she doesn't seem like she's capable of passing out Meds
True, Elias brought out up how in the previous season it mentions Willie Jack is actually from a line of healers so she does have that connection, we will see where her path leads her 🤔

Remember when she visited the prison? She connected entirely with her ancestors, she also is the one who cursed Jackie, and reversed it with the help of others. She is already in tune with herself i think just have to see where it goes
