I’ve gotta move to Canada if 6” is considered big!Attempt at humor aside, this was an excellent video-great footage, an awesome quad, and the Steves work really well together. New channel idea: Captain’s Drone or simply… Steve². The possibilities are endless! You should think about doing a raffle or giveaway. With all the quads and gear you’re testing, you might run out of space soon. Your viewers are here for you if they need homes. Thanks for the great content! I look forward to the next one. BTW… this is the only channel I share with anyone. I just realized that, crazy… Cheers!
Thank you for another great video. It added some depth and interest having Jedi Steve on the video with you. I thought you guys bounced back and forth logically and it was a great video
So when you add an external camera to any FPV drone, you angle it to match the angle of the pilots camera. The pilots camera is always pointed above the horizon, so when the external camera is also angled up, no props appear.
Awesome quad. I wish I had the skills you two guys have to fly it. I actually have a question for you, Steve. I recently bought the GepRC tinyGo 4K. I am a newbie. And I've been trying to figure out where exactly you insert the micro memory into the quad? I've seen some people pointing tours the side of the quad. But, for the life of me, I cannot find the DVR memory slot. GepRC doesn't provide very good illustrations of the drone for newbies like me. Thank you.
Well done Captain and Jedi Steve!!!; a very "eye" opening test of the potential of this style of Drone; probably to "fast" for my needs however a great offering !!!
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 Thanks Captain; I think you have a great patrnership with Jedi Steve which has added another compelling reason to follow your Channel !!!; PS, the Autumn colours in the trees looked amazing !!!!

You were saying how you thought it came with GPS cause it was showing the altitude. The FC probably has a a barometer built in. I got a speedybee FC recently for my first ever quad build and it came with one. I ended up disabling it and using the GPS module for the altitude reading, it was more accurate.
Hi steve just a quick question… what analog goggles would you recommend with diopter adjustment? Budget would be a factor as well 👍 many thanks in advance from England 🏴
Oh, I don't believe there is much choice anymore and you may still have to order prescription lenses for them. FAT SHARK and SKY ZONE come to mind as the top models.
@@LyChhyHong Those are not available until November. I believe I ordered the EACHINE version (same heli but with EACHINE branding) so that I could get it early.
Great review so I have to get the wasp version if I have an older goggles? so no DJI-03 for me, ever? How can I be sure which version of goggle I have ??? I took a break from the hobby just getting back in so please excuse my nooby questions. Thanks!
WASP is for the DJI Goggles I showed in the video (on screen when I mentioned WASP... look at the shape of them). You either haver VERSION 1 or VERSION 2 in that shape.
@@mr.j-rcs822 It is very confusing but Nope, you need Goggles 2 or Goggles 3 for using DJI 03 and DJI O4 Air units. If you are confused, look at the shape of the Goggles we used in this video... that is the shape of Goggles 2 & 3... Don't confuse them with Goggles Ver 1 and Ver 2. Confusing right?
Awesome video! how does this compare to the Mark5 (the new one)? Im going for cinematic, and I am currently thinking about the Mark5 deadcat, but GEPRC just released the Vapor-D series, so I was thinking of getting the Vapor-D5, because it's cheaper, has GPS and a buzzer pre installed, and has better flight time. What are the downsides of the Vapor? Would the 5" or 6" be better for cinematic like mountain surfing or super fast down a river (carrying a GoPro)?
Hello Captain, Great Video, I would like to see more videos about this drone model. I am looking to buy a new quad and I would like to know your opinion, lets say that you have to choose beetwen Mark5 and VaporX6 both with O3 and elrs. Which one would you choose?
@@deian2555 It is so funny because millions of viewers always ask me to pick a drone for them. The only problem is that they are all BEGINNERS and I’m a LONG TIME PILOT, so what I want is based on my skills, so for me the drone is the 6” VAPOR, but it may be too much for you.
Yup, it is a real thing. I believe they call it “Many years of experience in the FPV hobby from flying over a thousand different FPV drones”. I do the same with RC Planes, RC Helicopters, RC Cars, RC Boats…. Oh, and I believe so does every other experienced RC hobbiest.

This is much newer than the Mark 5, so simply check out the features of the two drones and pick the one with the features you like.
