Seems OK, but wireless charging is not very efficient, so you are better off going for a standard wired charger, or even a fast wired charger (5V 2A). That way, you will support all phones, for example even new Samsung Galaxy A series phones do not have wireless charging. Also, you need to test the cells first to make sure they are all holding a good capacity - those cells look like cells from an old laptop battery pack (or two, as there were two different types). Make sure the cells all hold a similar voltage prior to connecting them up (and also, spot welding cells using nickel strips is much, much better than soldering).
Battery will not charge at same voltage.in a future will be destroy.you must use a bms (battery management system) to charge at the same voltage.what you use its for one cell.not 5.
ion cristian Onofrei try to learn something about it, before you say something that stupid;) it does not metter, because wireless receiver is working on different voltage than charging voltage. There is an circuit on flex cabel, that is changing voltage to 5V (phone input). Second circuit is in the phone, that is controling charge voltage/current (depends on step of charging process of lithium battery). So there is no need to have something, to controll charging voltage or current externaly from phone (this is realy basic explain, because input voltage must be in range...).
Yeah that’s incorrect. Batteries are connected in parallel, thus no need for a bms. Imagine it like a series of water tanks connected to one pipe. Once the first water tank is full the water will pass the first water tank and fill the second. You are confusing this with a circuit connected in series, then yes, a bms system would be required. But since the batteries are connected in parallel, no bms is required. It is quite hard to explain, but just remember; - batteries connected in series = bms required - batteries connected in parallel = no bms required.
To charge the phone with this power bank it would take 1.75 hours. Assuming that the power output of the wireless charger it 7.5watts (which it typically is), and that the phone has a capacity of 3200mAh. In these conditions it would take 1.75 hours to charge a phone with a battery capacity of 3200mAh. If you need more clarification just ask.

I would have hot glue the wireless charging pad to the top of the power bank in that way it would help mitigate the heat that will be generated and using it wireless charging and its very nature is wasteful and to make a power bank solely for wireless charging handicaps any phone that doesn't have it wireless charging capabilities so I would have kept its USB port in simply hooked it up the way it was supposed to be. at least that's how I'm going to be using my wireless charger capable power bank.
Quick Answer: Is this video he used 18650 battery cells, which on average have about 3500mAh each. So, assuming they are 3500mAh each, this set up would be around 17500mAh (3500x5). Since wireless chargers typically output 2amps (or 2000mAh), the battery bank could charge for 8.75 hours (17500/2000). Long Answer (How many hours it could charge a phone); Typically phones have a battery capacity of 3200mAh; so this battery bank could charge a phone, assuming its capacity is 3200mAh, around 5.5 times (not including energy loss. Ordinarily, wireless chargers have an output power of 7.5 watts (at least from what i can find). Since 18650 batteries have an output voltage of 3.7v, using the formula Power (watts) = V x I (I being current), it can be inferred that the current drawn is 2Amps (7.5/3.7); however this can vary depending on how many amps the phone can charge on (however 2amps is very reasonable). Since this charger can hence charge at 2000mAh (converting the 2amps to milli amps) and a phone typically has a battery size of 3200mAh, it would take 1.75 (3200/2000) hours to charge a phone. And since the entire battery has a capacity of 17500mAh, the device could be charged for 8.75 hours; hence a 8.75 hour charge time.
I'm pretty sure this is not how you connect 5 batteries together. And that is not how you want to charge a battery just with one USB port without any resistors or whatever you call it.
Nah, it’ll be fine. He connected the batteries in parallel which only increase the total mAh’s available, not the voltage. If the batteries were connected in series then that would increase the voltage and hence a battery regulator pcb would be needed, but since he connected it in parallel all he did was increase the battery’s capacity. This is completly fine and does not need any sort of regulator. Basically, in simple terms, if you search up battery banks online you will find different capacities (like 10000mAh or 15000mAh) these are not different other than they have more cells in parallel. In terms of your statement regarding the charging of batteries, there is no need for extra ports. Think about it like water tanks all connected to one pipe. Once the first water tank is full, the water will flow past the first water tank and into the second and so on. It is hard to explain without visual imagery, but I hope this helped.
I've taught labs on soldering and I've unfortunately seen much worse. However, we all start at the beginning, I'm sure they could greatly improve with practice and learning some theory+techniques.

How much mAh do you get for those 4 batteries. As in how much charge time?

and desolder too, he ripped off a perfectly fine USB port
How many mah is this exactly?
looking at the batteries i would guess 1500 mAh, just powerful enough to charge an iphone se above 50%
most phones use 5000 mAh batteries

Why not just... Plug it in a battery pack?
Because it won't be wireless then.

I don’t think that the switch that you used can take 1A...
Without any problem. A switch like that can easily use even 3A.

If i have a wireless charger why I make another one 😆
It wasn't battery powered originally. The point was to make a single portable unit.
Yeah lets just take an old power bank and add batteries to it and call it a DIY project! Waste of time.
You can also buy these board individually on ebay for example. So you don't have to start with an already existing powerbank
