I’ve been following you for quite a while and I’ve always been surprised your channel didn’t have more viewers. I’m extremely glad to see that’s changed and you’re getting the success your content deserves. I look forward to all of your content. Stay safe and thanks for sharing your world view with us all.
I'd love it if you did a video about law in film or particular "legal' or "courtroom" dramas. I was a criminology student so if you did anything about criminology perspectives in relation to film I'd love that. (The Candyman video touched on it and it was excellent btw)

If you don't already know it you should check out the RUclips channel Your Dinosaurs Are Wrong. They've covered some of your faves, and your sauropod is next!
sorry serge, but I’ve always thought of you and this channel as being serious and almost intimidatingly intellectual. 😭😭 if you feel you have the potential to be funnier and wanna be funnier then I support you!
Oh man I am nervous but excited for a musicals vlog! I usually agree with the opinions you put in your videos about films and media and life in general. But I’ve always been a super big musical fan and I know from past videos that you are... not that. But I’m sure it will be done well and entertaining either way! Stay safe out there in this crazy 2020 world!!
Loved your comedy answer, John Mulaney and Hannah Gadsby are also some of my favorites and they do a wonderful job of being hilarious while also respectful. And it’s frankly better comedy because punching down usually cheapens the joke
You have such an excellent channel - your insights on craft, content and context teach me so much and have opened my mind to great new perspectives. I got hooked by your Gone With the Wind videos. So excited to hear your take on musicals - feel free to reach out if you need a resource (I do a whole thing about how everything you need to know about musicals you can learn from Star Wars).
Two points: 1.) ER has been touted as ground-breaking in its application of more cinematic techniques to the TV medium. 2). 90s animation shows for a future video -- will Batman, Freakazoid, Earthworm Jim, Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, and Recess be included?
Not written in English films. I extremely recommend the Russian films "Night Watch" and "Day Watch" - if you can get them in the original english language version rather than the American edit. The big difference is that the director (Timur Bekmambetov) intended there to be subtitles and created them to be a part of the visual aesthetic. The Americans thought READING IS NOT FUN!!! and stripped out all the subtitles to put in the usual distracting versions. (They also took out an interesting character and subplot in the first movie since they felt it would be too 'confusing' for American viewers.) A great French sci-fi/action movie is Banlieu 13. The last movie I saw in the theatres was Sonic the Hedgehog.

Either that, or he intentionally tried to make his sexuality irrelevant. I’ve seen a lot of people, most often straight to be honest, chose to intentionally not say that in situations where their sexuality is irrelevant to push against homophobia.
