DYU is not UL-2722 certified. So it will be banned from use after 2020. This is what stops me from purchasing it. I probably will wait for more UL-2722 certified models to hit the market in coming months before selecting one.
Great question, the DYU is definitely suitable for beginners, very easy to ride. With regards to fitting it in a bus or MRT, it. Is LTA compliant so I see no reason why you can’t bring it on board regardless if it’s packed or not...

Hi Jamie, is it diffcult to control a twist trottle compared to the finger trottle? And from the video you only found out that the factory stock is with twist trottle, does that means the enhanced 1 isn't a twist trottle? and u fell backwards with the enhanced model. is it that much of a boost that you'll actually fall back? cos im quite a heavy guy so i think it would be more easier for me to fall backwards... so is it recommended for a heavier guy like me to get it enhanced?
I will definitely get it enhanced for sure, the twist throttle has a more natural control but if you’re upgrading the motor then a finger throttle will give you a better feel for the power...

not true. dyu bike with 5.4 ah does 25 km/h but the real range is between 12-16 km/h. the 10.4ah version got 50 km/h but the real range is about 25- 30km/h

It’s all up in the air right now regarding Dualtrons, it’s one of the most if not the most reliable escooter out there, it will be a real waste if it’s not compliant

I prefer the Fiido for sure :)

Extended range is probably one of those things you can do to keep your escooter compliant....
