I felt lonely going back through the forest without him but then I tuned in to his energy and he was off with another dog who met him when he crossed and they're best buddies 🤍
I saw my boy and he told me loves me. He also told me to take care of myself, he doesn't want me to suffer. And he said that he would be waiting for me and that it would go by very quickly because time doesn't exist anymore. Then he told me he loved me again and that's all he wanted to say afterwards. I could really feel the admiration and it was peaceful. I believe he is happy to have his spirit free from a body that was shutting down and starting to hurt a lot. I will miss you forever my sweet fur son.
I'm so sorry you lost your baby boy. My 14 year old fur son was killed Saturday by my neighbors, German Shephard. I feel your pain, and I'm so sorry. Sending you love and blessings.
@@carlacottrell6584 Oh my gosh what a terrible tragedy I am absolutely so sorry for this sudden loss. I hope that you find peace and healing in time. Edit: Ironically our boy was a German Shepherd potentially a malinois mix not really sure he was the runt of the litter and small for a shepherd but he was so gentle and he never hurt any other dogs or cats. This type of thing always boils down to the owner. I also had a dog that got attacked many times and it's one of the most traumatizing things I have PTSD from it. If you need to talk I'm here for you. And also on some grief forums for pet loss because this has been a very difficult time
I lost my boy yesterday 3rd of September 2.50am he passed in the same room as me and my family members we are so heartbroken but I have been feeling signs he is around in spirit I hope to connect and communicate with him as you did.. My Sonny suddenly took a turn 8/28 and we had to make that hard choice. He was my one who always understood me and was there for me with no judgement and no hesitation. Since Monday I have struggled daily with his loss and moreso his absence. Your videos were the first ones I found and have been giving me immense amounts of help and I wanted to thank you. Even if you don't see this, I hope you can feel the appreciation, from everyone but also from me. It's been one week since my dog with lung cancer was put to sleep. I've had grief and guilt ever since, knowing that my dog was physically in a lot of pain but mentally feeling like he wasn't ready. The past few weeks saw a quick decline in his health, with his breathing labored and heart pounding in his final two days. In the guided meditation, when I walked through the door, Winston was sitting strongly and proudly right in front, back to his prime form. I didn't have to walk to him, I was immediately able to pet him and snuggle with him. All of his pain was gone, and he was happy to see me. I immediately burst into tears and felt overwhelming relief. I want to go back to that moment and live there eternally.
My furbaby passed almost three weeks ago and the grieving process has been a roller coaster of emotions.. work has made me busy enough to not feel the pain but when I’m in my room again I cry. I came across your videos one day just looking through google since then I’ve opened my heart to more signs and now I’m getting more and more. I tried this meditation today and as I started going up the stairs tears just started flowing. I initially felt sadness but there she was and I could hug her. It was bright white everywhere. But then, we were back in my kitchen on the floor playing like we always had. Then I was overcome with this peace even if it was just for a moment. Going down the stairs I started crying again but I know I will always see her at the top.. Oddly I had a similar dream just like this years ago getting lead up some stairs into the light.. but I was with my grandpa.. but I also knew to come back and I would wake up. Thank you ♥️ if it was my furbaby that led me to you. I’ve only felt a stronger connection to her beyond this life.
My boy has been showing me clear signs, since passing 5 days ago. I’ve seen hummingbirds, butterflies, & white feathers. 2nd night, I was awoken by my cat’s toy jingling. My cat was asleep on my bed. 4th day, I was gardening & I suddenly gasped because I felt as if I was being watched. As I was turning my head, I saw his body, but not the lower part of his legs or head. He was all white. When he was alive, he was white with a few large brindle patches. I will try this meditation today. Thank you. * at the top of the steps, he was just surrounded by white light., I knelt down & hugged him. At the end of the path was a cabin in the woods, surrounded by trees with a rainbow in the sky. Very clearly, he wanted me to know he was at peace. He was excited and pouncing on the ground like he used to do when we played. 🌈💜
I love this meditation. I started using it the first or second I lost my little girl 9 days ago. It's amazing....I can hug and kiss her, hear her purring and feel her love and warm little body. I immediately break out into a huge joyful smile and my breathing deepens. It's such a happy reunion for both of us and she gives me messages. She's surrounded by bright light and full of energy. She loves her new and improved body! Then 4 nights after her passing, she gave me a sign she was with me. A beautiful sweet scent wafted by my nostrils 2 times within 5 minutes while I was watching a favorite program. I smelled everywhere to see where the scent was coming from which was so familiar but couldn't place it. After smelling everything including flowers, my deodorant, couch, I couldn't find the smell anymore or where it was coming from...it only lasted a second or two. Then I suddenly remembered I kept a small satchel of some of her fur that I'd collected over time in another room near my bed furthest away from where I smelled the scent. I realized it was coming from some of her tummy fur I'd asked the vet tech to snip off for me as a keepsake after April passed away. I had actual proof that that was April saying "I'm here Mommy"!
I just lost my cat yesterday and am feeling a lot of guilt as to whether I made the right decision to put her down 💔! I will do this tonight after everyone has gone to bed.
“my heart belongs to you” i fucking sobbed twice during that medidation i almost screamed when it was for me to leave him behind and go down the stairs. its been three years. i love you my boy. my heart is yours and it will forever be.
I could visualize perfectly. My issue is with the breathing directions. Going up the stairs is like hyperventilating instead of relaxing. And the going down is the same. Breathing for meditation is never rushed like that. It does not help the process.

It is my cat Peewee. Sweetest loving people friendly cat ever. April 28th he died and it hit e hard today, April 31st. Last night I heard a plaintive miaow in my ear, clear and distinct but far away. Almost like he used to when he needed my urgent attention.

My baby Ginger has passed away suddenly in an accident 6 days ago and noticing his absence, I had looked for him and seeing his body on the road had been the most heartbreaking moment of my life.. He rarely went out and I was shocked to see how could he die. My baby crossed over and it's very difficult for me to be without him. He was so young, only 14 months. My beloved cat, Ginger, wish I could see you, feel you again and touch u again.. Thanks a lot for your awesome video. I want to connect to my beloved animal.. I'm so sad and once I wake up everyday, I think of him first..
I lost my beautiful boy last Friday, it was pretty sudden. I’m so incredibly heartbroken. I’ve done this meditation twice now and feel a sense of peace afterwards. I feel like he is sending me love and I’m not exactly sure what this means but I keep getting the word “warmth” in my head and get a feeling of warmth. He loved laying in the sun and rolling in the grass so I hope that’s his way of telling me he’s doing one of his favorite things. ❤️
Yes, my cat baby jumped into my arms as soon as I entered the room and kept her head on my shoulder. I took her to my terrace and laid down there and she kept repeating I love you, I love you. Oh god, I miss my baby 😭

Been struggling so bad since losing my dog in October- the holidays have hit me so hard where I feel I went backwards in my grief - last night I listened to this and I had a hard time “ letting him go back”. But I felt him in my arms and then as I went to sleep I saw him in my dreams and he even confirmed that the pennies I see when I think of him is from him. !!! I asked her if she’s mad and she just repeated “I love you”... she didn’t have anything else to say and I guess it speaks volumes that she didn’t, cause nothing apart from our love ever mattered to the two of us. This meditation eased my anxiety.

I lost my baby almost two weeks ago, very unexpected .. in the first week I watched your videos and cried my eyes out. The first days without her where so hard. I miss her so much. It’s like a part of myself left with her. When I did the meditation and came to the room.. I saw here, just sitting in the sun light. Staring at me and winked at me like saying “it is oke”. I felt happy and so sad at the same time. The feeling of missing her was so overwhelming. When I asked her wat she wanted me the know, nothing came up.. it went quiet.. what does that say? I lost my baby (17 years, 2 months) a little over a year ago and it is still as painful as it was the first day alone. I have seen her and have heard her several times when awake/asleep. I also saw my dad, who died a year earlier suddenly, when I saw my dog....as real as can be. When I realized that my dog couldn't be back since I was also seeing my dad who was dead I realized she was really dead but that my dad was taking care of her before I get there. I cried when this was over since it was a definately sign and I needed desperately to know this.
This is so true . I used a lady called Ana Pollo to communicate with my dog Beau who had passed . It was marvellous and so uplifting . I know he is with me helping me and through Ana we communicated directly . I still miss him but I know he is happy and we will be together again and he will be there to help me pass over when my time comes . This meditation was great thank you
I just did this and I saw my Dewey. Son as I walked through the door he was just sitting there looking at me as I came closer to him I hugged him and he started kissing me all over my face. It was so beautiful but also so sad. I cried through this. When I asked him what he wants me to know I immediately got he wants me to just be happy. I cried so much I didn't want to leave him. He looked so cute and beautiful and how he was when he was a bit younger. I miss him dearly. I told him I love him. I really just want him back. I just lost my boy yesterday on 1/21/22. Your videos help me but I still hurt inside so so much.

Had to say goodbye to my boy on 10/5/23 after 9 years of our friendship. We found each other when he was 3 y.o and i was a crazy 24 year old without a care in the world. What a blessing it is - that people who had him were crazy enough to let go of him. Never loved anything as much as I love him He was my shoulder to cry on and now all I have are memories and his blanket that has absorbed his wonderful scent. This is a whole different pain and feeling of emptiness.
Thank you for this meditation... When I opened the door my cat was sitting and when she saw me she stood up and came at me, I touched her and I started crying a lot... I took her in my arms hugging her, she was looking at me, meowin... the place she took me to was really bright at first I couldn't see much but then we were in my living room, sitting on my chair with her on my legs as always... She didn't gave me any clear messages, I just cried a lot and when I left her to go back to the door she was following me, like she didn't want me to leave...
She thanked me for everything I did for her 😭😭😭😭 I became severely disabled the last 3 years of her life and became bedridden and yet I always would push myself for her even to my detriment because I loved her so so so much. I saw her as a young dog again and in some sort of forest and my bed was there and we were playing our usual game from my bed but she looked younger. Then when you said to wait for a message I didn’t get anything really just lots of emotion and then the voice in my head said “thank you for everything you did for me” 😭😭😭 I don’t know if I’m just making this up 🤷🏻♀️. I loved her so much I can’t stop crying because I’m still in intense grief but I felt her love for me so strongly. I just don’t know if I made it up in my own head what she “said” - it was really intense. I love you Bailey!!! ❤🥺
I meditated and I only received a voice telling how ridiculous it is that I am holding his jacket with a blanket rolled up inside and that he loves being a dog now named scruffy instead. I never liked to name animals that didn’t have a human name, but apparently he likes the name scruffy. He was only 5 years old when I had to put him down that was only a few days ago. So I questioned if I was hearing only what I wanted but I don’t think so because I would have never thought of scruffy.
As I open the door , there he was…so happy to see me, tail wagging, jumping at me…like how he used to greet me, only this time he was healthy and younger. I leaned down to hug him and kissed him. We were both happy. I was soooo happy to finally see and hold and kiss him again that my tears started rolling down my cheeks. The feeling that I got you back, thank you so much..I don’t want to lose you again feeling. That was so real. If not, I wouldn’t be crying.
I discovered this meditation this morning. We lost our best boy, Taz, just before Christmas due to Canine Cognitive Disorder and seizures. Needless to say, it was a very sad holiday season. I use wool dryer balls, and it was a favourite "toy" for Taz to steal when he helped me in the laundry room. One ball went missing just after Christmas. I found it this morning hidden in the dog print underwear that I gave my husband for Christmas. This was after I did this meditation. I think that it was a great sign from my laundry loving pooch.
Oh my god - that has been much more than I expected! My horse transcended yesterday... how could I be so sad and in tears anymore after he showed me his paradise?? His family and friends around him, he can run everywhere he wants... it's so beautiful! Forrests and fields and lakes - and they can change the weather with a blink of an eye! I touched him gently and he groomed my head the way he always did... Oh thank you so much, Danielle! This has been so real. I haven't seen clear pictures like that for a very long time. He told me he is well and happy. And he is younger and in perfect health. Writing down these words I'm smiling 🥰 🐎🐎🌳 🐎🌾🌄

Why did this not comfort me at all?😭 My chest is heavy. My throat is tight. Gut wrenching. I can’t stop crying..tears like a river. I miss my Tuukka (9 year old teacup poodle). He was my heart and soul. Lost him 7 weeks ago. I couldn’t walk to the door..starting crying uncontrollably..so you can only imagine what I was like when I was told to leave and shut the door on him. I just had to say goodbye to my Kabuki kitty three days ago after 15 years together. His passing process has def been making me confront my own ideas and fears of death but I’ve already been getting very comforting signs he’s ok and still around. So I just did this meditation and he greeted me right away with leg rubs and I could pet him. None of which was happening anymore. His coat was beautiful and he was proud to show me around. There was a moment where I was seeing if he wanted to come back through the door with me and I got a very clear no and resistance that he did not want to come back here! I didn’t expect that actually lol. Then he showed me himself laying in the sun on his patio chair and said I did not need to stay there with him and hover over him, 24/7 like the overprotective mother I could be 🤦🏼♀️☺️ That he is ok and content and I don’t need to worry. I wanted to write this as it just happened and was fresh in my mind and heart. I’m glad I found your videos as this is adding to the comfort and peace needed at this time ❤🙌😽
Actually as I left Pewee and opened and left the door to go down again, I felt that he missed us and wanted to come down with me. It's only been 3 days.
I just did this…in the beginning I felt anxiety so I had to take my medication first 😓 I followed Danielle’s instructions but I’m not good with the breathing process so I think I might have fumbled over the stairs going up lol~ but once I opened the door, I didn’t see my kitty clearly but saw like an abstract form of his face? And when I turned right I saw him in his favorite Amazon box, and when I ran to hug him he was on the kitchen counter (I think those 2 spots are where I remember him the most). As I was hugging him, I felt a lovely calm breeze all of a sudden because I had my window open, and it felt so nice💕 I told my husband and he laughed about the Amazon box because we both know our kitty loved hiding in boxes and plastic bags 😅 Maybe I’ll try this technique later again tonight or tomorrow.
I gave this a little try, thinking about my furbaby in the other side of the ocean, he's not doing well and I probably won't be able to touch him again and cuddle him again in person. When I opened the door he was young and healthy again, so gloriously handsome, he was sitting like waiting for me to get close to him and extend my hand to pet him, I started crying, like, my eyes were flooded with warm tears I felt under water, but I didn't feel desperate as usual. He didn't say anything to me, we were just happy to be together again, healthy again, on a beautiful beach at sunset. I don't know if I did the exercise well, but I am so glad I could see him free of pain, so healthy and beautiful and cuddly as he used to be. I hope he heard me saying I love him. I'll sure try this again after he passes over
My blossom passed away on 2/26/21 4 days later I was just looking out the window into the backyard, I seen a red bird a cardinal specifically, near the spot i buried her in my backyard it stuck around so I can get a picture and she flew away, I honestly knew that was blossom, so crazy when your least expecting them they show up spiritually 💖 usually when a cardinal visits in your yard it’s a loved one from heaven visiting you, before she passed I was holding her petting her in my arms talking to her that grand mommy (my mommy loved animals) is going to greet you on the other side 😭I’m sure she did I got my closure with seeing her in shape shifting form

I had tears after seeing my Princeton happy without the pain due to his dying of urinary bacterial that cause him to suffer for two week which I stayed up for hours just to spoon feed him with his food mix with a vet recommended medication for him at the time, & through the steps of your connecting session my dog was already walking in front of me as I was walking to the woods, from the first door all the way to the top but as I walked inside he was sitting on the same couch that I have in my house, and as you were guiding us through the process I literally felt his fur & the rubbing of his ears and nose as I’ve always do, as I was leaving as you’ve instructed me to do, I couldn’t help but look back at my Princeton and see nothing but a smile & his wagging tail. Will you help me decipher my vision, I sincerely appreciate it if you can, my utmost gratitude 🙏🏻

My cat Happy crossed over 5 days ago. I've been a wreck. In this meditation she followed me through the forest and up the stairs and was also through the door. We played and she rubbed her face on me like she would do. She was happy, playful and youthful. She told me that I gave her the best life possible and that she is grateful for our adventures. She said I did all I could but her body failed her. Her spirit is young and youthful. She followed me back down the stairs and through the forest rolling on the ground and playing with twigs and leaves. I love you Princess Happy Girl ❤️😘👑

We lost our dog 3 days and tried this exercise, I saw her looking so at peace. I hugged her and could smell her fur which smelled like the baby shampoo. I then I massaged her long spine, which she used to love. We were so happy to see each other again.
I just stumbled upon your video..no..i actualley searched for it..and for some reason i gravitated towards...i lost my beautiful Mowgli age 3 yrs , a persian calico cat...just 4 days ago in 15th jan after a tough fight she had with an intestinal obstruction.9 days of suffering and she succumbed..it was by far the most painful ordeal..the excruciating pain i feel...i hope mellows down...its inevitable but i hope i find solace and closure...all i wish for or think about is that Godwilling i would like to be reunited with her in the after life...as for now ill try this meditation and still give my other 3 Milo, Teddy and LUna a lot of love and care. What a beautiful meditation, thank you! Last night before sleeping, I brought up more emotion than usual about my dog, and instead of saying please give me a message or visit in a dream, I said, please give me a message or visit tonight. In the middle of the night I woke up semi awake, and there she was, cuddling with me and kissing me - repeatedly licking my face - (more so than when she was alive!). It was amazing. This morning I wrote it down. Perhaps because I have little resistance to what goes on in other dimensions - guess you can call that psychic - it occurred for me at night but while semi awake, if not fully awake, rather than remembering a dream. For now anyway, as we are - I am - still at a friend's home where she passed away less than 2 weeks ago. I feel her with me almost always, and hope that when I go back home, or am in another location (obviously taking her ashes with me), I will continue to feel her presence as clearly. (?). Comments are welcome.
It's a wonderful experience! And yes, even when you're the one experiencing it, it can be challenging to believe after the fact. Don't talk yourself out of it. Embrace it!

Anyhow... She seemed so happy when she met me and then we went to one of our favorite places... By the beach I asked if I did everything right, she tried to comfort me saying she was ok, but then I couldn't stop crying and hug her with all my strength... Then she looked at me as she used to do when I to leave her at home, but then she went playing with other buddies...

Thank you for leading me to my oldie. My fur kid passed away on 13th morning 0710 IST. I could see him sitting and wagging his tail. He was happy. I told him I will always love him and miss him. He was my everything. He would have turned 12 next month on the 16th.
I'm so grateful I found this video Danielle. Since losing my sweet little April just 4 days ago suddenly and horribly following a 2 year battle with CHF , I've used your video 5 times to ease the devastating grief and pain. I was skeptical at first and not very at meditation but I was desperate. And each time I've used it, I can see, feel, touch and hold her...I'm immediately filled with incredible joy and peace as we do our usual snuggling. I've heard "I love you" , I'm here repeatedly and my anxiety disappears and I'm at peace. I've also been asking her day and night to send me signs. It's so real....I'm really with her. I have to say that 2 nights ago after doing the meditation and writing to April, while watching my favorite sitcom and laughing, within 5 minutes I got a sudden whiff of this sweet scent. I thought that was odd and I smelled everywhere to see where the scent could have come from. It was familiar. Then I went to my satchel of bits of fur I collected from April. There is this one bit of soft fur from her tummy that I asked the vet to shave for me just after she passed. I'd been smelling that little soft bit curly fur which had the sweetest scent of April. And that was the exact scent that wafted by my nose from another room down the hallway. I feel that was April sending me a sign that " I'm here mommy" . I didn't imagine it, came out of the blue and I remember from one of your videos saying you can get an order you associate with you pet that just wafts by. I never considered myself to be psychic, but I couldn't find any other explanation. Can't wait to see what happens next! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I lost my beautiful Pomeranian Poppy 5 days ago, she would have been 14 in November. I miss her terribly. I can't wait to try this later when I go to bed. I hope I get to see her again. Where I live you never see dragonflies but when one came to visit me in my garden the day after she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge, it baffled me but for the same dragonfly to visit again a day later and stayed near me for a good 5 minutes, I definitely feel it was a message from Poppy to say she's okay ❤️

Just lost my Beautiful baby boy of 14 years, close to 4 days ago:( It's been sooo hard & painful 💔 Not having him here with me. I had my dog since he was 6 weeks old. He died unexpectedly after we rushed him to the emergency vet hospital . They gave him cpr & tried all they could. But, my Beautiful baby boy didn't make it. He was strong he fought hard to stay alive. I lost 6 pounds since than, can't eat, drink or hardly function. His bunny brothers are still looking for him. So is the cat I'm fostering. My kids & I are having a hard time. I hope I can see & feel him . Will try this out it will certainly help.
Dear Danielle, I hope you see this message! It was something surreal that just happened. I am not a mediator at all and I just lost my beloved Rat Zverushka today! I feel particularly devastated because there was some of my fault and horrible guilt in it... so I am crying non stop. So I was listening to the meditation and when you got to the part where I was about to leave him in that room, I started to cry loudly and uncontrollably. I started to think why such a cruel meditation? I started to hate it (though I love everything you say) I wondered why you put the leaving part in there, it's like teasing when in reality I can't hug or see him... so I opened my eyes and decided to stop. Then... I heard in my mind the word "fearless" and I knew what it was about! I know that after such loss I will be fearless of rejection from men (after my divorce 2 years ago I had not been on any date because of fear of rejection from a man, which would always destroy me from within. But after surviving such loss and tragedy, any rejection would seen like a piece of cake. To be fair, I did tell it to my friend several days before putting him down, but the word "fearless" literally just sounded now out of nowhere and very vividly! That was when I already decided to stop this "torture" meditation on myself and opened my eyes! So do you think it was his message? Because when I told my friend about this, inspired by your videos actually (before), I never came up with "fearless"... so I wonder if it could be his message!
This was amazing, thank you Danielle. My boy Ace (in my picture) crossed over almost a month ago today after a year long battle with kidney disease. My three things I took away from it was the word Love, the colour White (like he was, but it felt more significant) and the emotional breakdown I had when it was time to say goodbye and close the door. I'm sure it will all make sense in time. But I look forward to the next time I can visit my friend again.
Oh I'm so sorry, I lost my sweet cat one month ago, also after a year battling kidney disease. I'm completely heartbroken. I'll be doing this meditation when I feel a bit stronger, I'm already crying just reading the comments. So happy it worked for you, this gives me hope.
I guess I am still badly grieving. Ziggy passed last sunday, one week ago, at around 10:20-25. I tried out the meditation a little too fast. I imagined him , saw him in my mind, I was feeling so sad and is nothing I can do about that right now. I wanted to feel happy but I could only cry with the vision of him. I opened my eyes in tears, so, I am not sure if it worked because I only feel the sadness. Is it too early? i will also try to get a visitation from him, keep trying. We had so many experiences together, I feel really broken, he was almost 13 y.o.
My lovely girl Tilli born 2009, passed in September 2021. I bought a puppy for my daughter after a marriage breakdown, so Tilli was here to help us both. The one thing I cheerished in the meditation was to pick her up and cuddle her and feel her fur and see that lovely spirit, her soul shone thru her eye's. I sat by a creek, on a grassed area, watched the water trickle, I had my left arm over her whilst she stood, no words, just feeling love. I didn't want to leave this home until she passed, but that place we where at is her telling me that their is a property waiting for me and to look for it now. We sat at my new property, beautiful big tree's, meadow with flower's, sounds of nature, fresh cool breeze & a dirt track I picture me riding my horses on. All I ask now is Tilli sends me looking in the direction of a new life. You have been more help than you know Tilli from the other side as this is just what I needed to see & feel. I know she will be with me where ever I go, and Cody our little fella still here see's her regularly as I catch him looking at her when there is nothing there, wish we had the spiritual know how that my dogs have. I have been to an animal spiritual reader before & conected with our pet chook Genna, so I know animals are in our life's for a reason, many lesson's can be learned, I changed my attitude with Tilli, she showed me to take a step back and really look for better solutions. luv ya Tilli, my baby girl xo
I just lost my lil munchie this past Saturday 1/22/22. Our connection was deep, he was my soul mate and my Aries twin in animal form. As soon as I closed my eyes I saw the sillouette of his beautiful face. I walked a gravel path, the door was to a small house...the stairs I walked up led to our bedroom and he was already at my side racing me to the top of the stairs...we did this everyday for 14 years. He is at my side, and I see him on the sofa and he is in my arms and I'm touching his face fixing his beard rubbing my finger down the center of his nose. We are happy but I'm crying at the same time. I hear the wind chimes and I ask him what he wants me to know. He is in my arms and I'm hold him and moving side to side like in a soft dance. He is at his happiest. I put him down and he runs away. As I head back down the stairs I turn and see his face pressed up against a small window in the door. ...he is happy and I'm smiling ear to ear but tears are flowing down my face. I needed this connection and visit for my healing to begin. Thank you.
I lost my 22 year old baby, Miss Kitty two weeks ago. I got her when she was 8 weeks old. I feel broken hearted, lost, lonely, sad, in denial and grief stricken ...😢
My dog, Cookie has just passed and he was very nervous to come to me but he did. He was always like this because he thought he'd get wrong for doing negative things (he was an anxious dog). He felt very different too. The message he gave me was red, his favourite colour toys and my belly rumbled which is why he passed over (tumour on his spleen which caused him rumbly tumblys). I believe this was his way of telling me that I did the right thing for him at the time. Over time, we'll build a better friendship with this meditation I'm sure. Thankyou 💜🕯️
i was expecting her reaction to be different, but once i was there, she showed me that she's always had an assertive, energetic nature which came into my life to encourage me to be like that and, on the other side, as i did the meditation, she encouraged me to be that way again (which i havent yet). She passed 2 weeks ago and imagine how even worse i felt with the event, but on the other side she looked at me as if saying "karine, i love u, but i dont wnt u to be sad this way, for ur own good, when i was with u down there, u had many moments where u felt very confident and joyful, but u shouldnt depend on anyone or anything to be that way". in fact i know to be that way and always identified with her personality, but lately i got lost and was having a hard time finding that again and it culminated with her sudden departure. one of the ways i saw her (this is serious) was like a sister, but id insist on treating her as a daughter. i'll work on those personal issues and visit her again see if she wants to come back 🙂
My baby sat and let me smother him with hugs and kisses. He loved finding the balls I used throw to him. He did! He never left my side in life! He stayed right with me in the forest and our favorite living room chair. I felt his warm face while I was kissing him. As I was about to leave I heard him say mommy. I love you, I’m ok! I’m playing and running again. I’ll be right here waiting for you. 🙏🏻🐾❤️ my heart is still broken for I set him free 4 days ago., yet he told me “thank you mommy”! Oh my heart!! These past couple of nights I’ve been so worried about not seeing or feeling my baby doggie. So much has happened since he went to rest. I had to move due to a flood, then move again so I was so worried he wouldn’t know where I was. I’ve been telling him to please follow me and how much I miss and love him. Last night I felt his little body on my bed!! Next to my thigh. I felt it getting warm!! It was the best feeling ever! I didn’t want to move. I love him so much! My little baby. Visit me as often as you wish, you’re mommies Angel!!!
I must say your channel is amazing before yesterday I never would have imagined how much sorrow it brings with it when our pet passes away but now I clearly understand the sorrow.I am sad that my pal is gone but I am sure hes watching me and my family and smiling

My 11 year old pointer hound mix (rescued) was with us since she was 4 or 5 months old. She was part of me, I was part of her and she was the visible representation of our family's soul. Just a sweetheart that was a very special dog. She immediately out of nowhere was taking away from us this past Monday, and it just sucks. Today is Thanksgiving and she would await the Westminster Dog Show and watch with absolute full attention, even barking with jealously at the TV dogs. I'll have to do one of these meditations.
Thank you for this wonderful meditation. I'm going to combine this with my animal communication practice. In this meditation I was able to connect with my childhood guinea pig, Peepers.
After my dog passed every night I heard the doggie door flap. He would always go outside at night to walk around. Now I hear the kennel cage door. I actually saw a gray cloud drift across the room and up to the footboard of my bed. Then floated back down.
I done this, saw and felt him with me. It was so beautiful to see and touch him again but now I cant stop crying.

I felt lonely going back through the forest without him but then I tuned in to his energy and he was off with another dog who met him when he crossed and they're best buddies 🤍

I saw my boy and he told me loves me. He also told me to take care of myself, he doesn't want me to suffer. And he said that he would be waiting for me and that it would go by very quickly because time doesn't exist anymore. Then he told me he loved me again and that's all he wanted to say afterwards. I could really feel the admiration and it was peaceful. I believe he is happy to have his spirit free from a body that was shutting down and starting to hurt a lot. I will miss you forever my sweet fur son.

@@carlacottrell6584 Oh my gosh what a terrible tragedy I am absolutely so sorry for this sudden loss. I hope that you find peace and healing in time. Edit: Ironically our boy was a German Shepherd potentially a malinois mix not really sure he was the runt of the litter and small for a shepherd but he was so gentle and he never hurt any other dogs or cats. This type of thing always boils down to the owner. I also had a dog that got attacked many times and it's one of the most traumatizing things I have PTSD from it. If you need to talk I'm here for you. And also on some grief forums for pet loss because this has been a very difficult time

My Sonny suddenly took a turn 8/28 and we had to make that hard choice. He was my one who always understood me and was there for me with no judgement and no hesitation. Since Monday I have struggled daily with his loss and moreso his absence. Your videos were the first ones I found and have been giving me immense amounts of help and I wanted to thank you. Even if you don't see this, I hope you can feel the appreciation, from everyone but also from me. Can't thank you enough for helping deal with the loss and find ways to connect and to find peace in my heart where it hurts the most.
It's been one week since my dog with lung cancer was put to sleep. I've had grief and guilt ever since, knowing that my dog was physically in a lot of pain but mentally feeling like he wasn't ready. The past few weeks saw a quick decline in his health, with his breathing labored and heart pounding in his final two days. In the guided meditation, when I walked through the door, Winston was sitting strongly and proudly right in front, back to his prime form. I didn't have to walk to him, I was immediately able to pet him and snuggle with him. All of his pain was gone, and he was happy to see me. I immediately burst into tears and felt overwhelming relief. I want to go back to that moment and live there eternally.
My furbaby passed almost three weeks ago and the grieving process has been a roller coaster of emotions.. work has made me busy enough to not feel the pain but when I’m in my room again I cry. I came across your videos one day just looking through google since then I’ve opened my heart to more signs and now I’m getting more and more. I tried this meditation today and as I started going up the stairs tears just started flowing. I initially felt sadness but there she was and I could hug her. It was bright white everywhere. But then, we were back in my kitchen on the floor playing like we always had. Then I was overcome with this peace even if it was just for a moment. Going down the stairs I started crying again but I know I will always see her at the top..
Oddly I had a similar dream just like this years ago getting lead up some stairs into the light.. but I was with my grandpa.. but I also knew to come back and I would wake up.

My boy has been showing me clear signs, since passing 5 days ago. I’ve seen hummingbirds, butterflies, & white feathers. 2nd night, I was awoken by my cat’s toy jingling. My cat was asleep on my bed. 4th day, I was gardening & I suddenly gasped because I felt as if I was being watched. As I was turning my head, I saw his body, but not the lower part of his legs or head. He was all white. When he was alive, he was white with a few large brindle patches. I will try this meditation today. Thank you.
* at the top of the steps, he was just surrounded by white light., I knelt down & hugged him. At the end of the path was a cabin in the woods, surrounded by trees with a rainbow in the sky. Very clearly, he wanted me to know he was at peace. He was excited and pouncing on the ground like he used to do when we played. 🌈💜

I love this meditation. I started using it the first or second I lost my little girl 9 days ago. It's amazing....I can hug and kiss her, hear her purring and feel her love and warm little body. I immediately break out into a huge joyful smile and my breathing deepens. It's such a happy reunion for both of us and she gives me messages. She's surrounded by bright light and full of energy. She loves her new and improved body! Then 4 nights after her passing, she gave me a sign she was with me. A beautiful sweet scent wafted by my nostrils 2 times within 5 minutes while I was watching a favorite program. I smelled everywhere to see where the scent was coming from which was so familiar but couldn't place it. After smelling everything including flowers, my deodorant, couch, I couldn't find the smell anymore or where it was coming from...it only lasted a second or two. Then I suddenly remembered I kept a small satchel of some of her fur that I'd collected over time in another room near my bed furthest away from where I smelled the scent. I realized it was coming from some of her tummy fur I'd asked the vet tech to snip off for me as a keepsake after April passed away. I had actual proof that that was April saying "I'm here Mommy"!

“my heart belongs to you” i fucking sobbed twice during that medidation i almost screamed when it was for me to leave him behind and go down the stairs. its been three years. i love you my boy. my heart is yours and it will forever be.
I could visualize perfectly. My issue is with the breathing directions. Going up the stairs is like hyperventilating instead of relaxing. And the going down is the same. Breathing for meditation is never rushed like that. It does not help the process.

It is my cat Peewee. Sweetest loving people friendly cat ever. April 28th he died and it hit e hard today, April 31st. Last night I heard a plaintive miaow in my ear, clear and distinct but far away. Almost like he used to when he needed my urgent attention.

My baby Ginger has passed away suddenly in an accident 6 days ago and noticing his absence, I had looked for him and seeing his body on the road had been the most heartbreaking moment of my life.. He rarely went out and I was shocked to see how could he die. My baby crossed over and it's very difficult for me to be without him. He was so young, only 14 months. My beloved cat, Ginger, wish I could see you, feel you again and touch u again.. Thanks a lot for your awesome video. I want to connect to my beloved animal.. I'm so sad and once I wake up everyday, I think of him first..
I lost my beautiful boy last Friday, it was pretty sudden. I’m so incredibly heartbroken. I’ve done this meditation twice now and feel a sense of peace afterwards. I feel like he is sending me love and I’m not exactly sure what this means but I keep getting the word “warmth” in my head and get a feeling of warmth. He loved laying in the sun and rolling in the grass so I hope that’s his way of telling me he’s doing one of his favorite things. ❤️

Been struggling so bad since losing my dog in October- the holidays have hit me so hard where I feel I went backwards in my grief - last night I listened to this and I had a hard time “ letting him go back”. I lost my baby almost two weeks ago, very unexpected .. in the first week I watched your videos and cried my eyes out. The first days without her where so hard. I miss her so much. It’s like a part of myself left with her.
When I did the meditation and came to the room.. I saw here, just sitting in the sun light. Staring at me and winked at me like saying “it is oke”. I felt happy and so sad at the same time. The feeling of missing her was so overwhelming.

I lost my baby (17 years, 2 months) a little over a year ago and it is still as painful as it was the first day alone. I have seen her and have heard her several times when awake/asleep. I also saw my dad, who died a year earlier suddenly, when I saw my dog....as real as can be. When I realized that my dog couldn't be back since I was also seeing my dad who was dead I realized she was really dead but that my dad was taking care of her before I get there. I cried when this was over since it was a definately sign and I needed desperately to know this.

This is so true . I used a lady called Ana Pollo to communicate with my dog Beau who had passed . It was marvellous and so uplifting . I know he is with me helping me and through Ana we communicated directly . I just did this and I saw my Dewey. Son as I walked through the door he was just sitting there looking at me as I came closer to him I hugged him and he started kissing me all over my face. It was so beautiful but also so sad. I cried through this. When I asked him what he wants me to know I immediately got he wants me to just be happy. I cried so much I didn't want to leave him. He looked so cute and beautiful and how he was when he was a bit younger. I miss him dearly. I told him I love him. I really just want him back. I just lost my boy yesterday on 1/21/22. Your videos help me but I still hurt inside so so much.

Had to say goodbye to my boy on 10/5/23 after 9 years of our friendship. We found each other when he was 3 y.o and i was a crazy 24 year old without a care in the world. What a blessing it is - that people who had him were crazy enough to let go of him.

She thanked me for everything I did for her 😭😭😭😭 I became severely disabled the last 3 years of her life and became bedridden and yet I always would push myself for her even to my detriment because I loved her so so so much. I saw her as a young dog again and in some sort of forest and my bed was there and we were playing our usual game from my bed but she looked younger. Then when you said to wait for a message I didn’t get anything really just lots of emotion and then the voice in my head said “thank you for everything you did for me” 😭😭😭 I don’t know if I’m just making this up 🤷🏻♀️. I loved her so much I can’t stop crying because I’m still in intense grief but I felt her love for me so strongly. I just don’t know if I made it up in my own head what she “said” - it was really intense. I love you Bailey!!! ❤🥺
I meditated and I only received a voice telling how ridiculous it is that I am holding his jacket with a blanket rolled up inside and that he loves being a dog now named scruffy instead. I never liked to name animals that didn’t have a human name, but apparently he likes the name scruffy. He was only 5 years old when I had to put him down that was only a few days ago. So I questioned if I was hearing only what I wanted but I don’t think so because I would have never thought of scruffy.

As I open the door , there he was…so happy to see me, tail wagging, jumping at me…like how he used to greet me, only this time he was healthy and younger. I leaned down to hug him and kissed him. We were both happy. I was soooo happy to finally see and hold and kiss him again that my tears started rolling down my cheeks. The feeling that I got you back, thank you so much..I don’t want to lose you again feeling. That was so real. If not, I wouldn’t be crying.

I discovered this meditation this morning. We lost our best boy, Taz, just before Christmas due to Canine Cognitive Disorder and seizures. Needless to say, it was a very sad holiday season. I use wool dryer balls, and it was a favourite "toy" for Taz to steal when he helped me in the laundry room. One ball went missing just after Christmas. I found it this morning hidden in the dog print underwear that I gave my husband for Christmas. This was after I did this meditation. I think that it was a great sign from my laundry loving pooch.
Oh my god - that has been much more than I expected! My horse transcended yesterday... how could I be so sad and in tears anymore after he showed me his paradise?? His family and friends around him, he can run everywhere he wants... it's so beautiful! Forrests and fields and lakes - and they can change the weather with a blink of an eye! I touched him gently and he groomed my head the way he always did... Oh thank you so much, Danielle! This has been so real. I haven't seen clear pictures like that for a very long time. He told me he is well and happy. And he is younger and in perfect health. Writing down these words I'm smiling 🥰 🐎🐎🌳 🐎🌾🌄

He was my heart and soul. Lost him 7 weeks ago. I couldn’t walk to the door..starting crying uncontrollably..so you can only imagine what I was like when I was told to leave and shut the door on him. I just had to say goodbye to my Kabuki kitty three days ago after 15 years together. His passing process has def been making me confront my own ideas and fears of death but I’ve already been getting very comforting signs he’s ok and still around. So I just did this meditation and he greeted me right away with leg rubs and I could pet him. None of which was happening anymore. His coat was beautiful and he was proud to show me around. There was a moment where I was seeing if he wanted to come back through the door with me and I got a very clear no and resistance that he did not want to come back here! I didn’t expect that actually lol. Then he showed me himself laying in the sun on his patio chair and said I did not need to stay there with him and hover over him, 24/7 like the overprotective mother I could be 🤦🏼♀️☺️ That he is ok and content and I don’t need to worry. I wanted to write this as it just happened and was fresh in my mind and heart. I’m glad I found your videos as this is adding to the comfort and peace needed at this time ❤🙌😽
Actually as I left Pewee and opened and left the door to go down again, I felt that he missed us and wanted to come down with me. It's only been 3 days.
I just did this…in the beginning I felt anxiety so I had to take my medication first 😓 I followed Danielle’s instructions but I’m not good with the breathing process so I think I might have fumbled over the stairs going up lol~ but once I opened the door, I didn’t see my kitty clearly but saw like an abstract form of his face? And when I turned right I saw him in his favorite Amazon box, and when I ran to hug him he was on the kitchen counter (I think those 2 spots are where I remember him the most). As I was hugging him, I felt a lovely calm breeze all of a sudden because I had my window open, and it felt so nice💕
I told my husband and he laughed about the Amazon box because we both know our kitty loved hiding in boxes and plastic bags 😅 Maybe I’ll try this technique later again tonight or tomorrow.

I gave this a little try, thinking about my furbaby in the other side of the ocean, he's not doing well and I probably won't be able to touch him again and cuddle him again in person. When I opened the door he was young and healthy again, so gloriously handsome, he was sitting like waiting for me to get close to him and extend my hand to pet him, I started crying, like, my eyes were flooded with warm tears I felt under water, but I didn't feel desperate as usual. He didn't say anything to me, we were just happy to be together again, healthy again, on a beautiful beach at sunset. I don't know if I did the exercise well, but I am so glad I could see him free of pain, so healthy and beautiful and cuddly as he used to be. I hope he heard me saying I love him. I'll sure try this again after he passes over

My blossom passed away on 2/26/21 4 days later I was just looking out the window into the backyard, I seen a red bird a cardinal specifically, near the spot i buried her in my backyard it stuck around so I can get a picture and she flew away, I honestly knew that was blossom, so crazy when your least expecting them they show up spiritually 💖 usually when a cardinal visits in your yard it’s a loved one from heaven visiting you, before she passed I was holding her petting her in my arms talking to her that grand mommy (my mommy loved animals) is going to greet you on the other side 😭I’m sure she did I got my closure with seeing her in shape shifting form

I had tears after seeing my Princeton happy without the pain due to his dying of urinary bacterial that cause him to suffer for two week which I stayed up for hours just to spoon feed him with his food mix with a vet recommended medication for him at the time, & through the steps of your connecting session my dog was already walking in front of me as I was walking to the woods, from the first door all the way to the top but as I walked inside he was sitting on the same couch that I have in my house, and as you were guiding us through the process I literally felt his fur & the rubbing of his ears and nose as I’ve always do, as I was leaving as you’ve instructed me to do, I couldn’t help but look back at my Princeton and see nothing but a smile & his wagging tail. Will you help me decipher my vision, I sincerely appreciate it if you can, my utmost gratitude 🙏🏻

My cat Happy crossed over 5 days ago. I've been a wreck. In this meditation she followed me through the forest and up the stairs and was also through the door. We played and she rubbed her face on me like she would do. She was happy, playful and youthful. She told me that I gave her the best life possible and that she is grateful for our adventures. She said I did all I could but her body failed her. Her spirit is young and youthful. She followed me back down the stairs and through the forest rolling on the ground and playing with twigs and leaves. I love you Princess Happy Girl ❤️😘👑

Hi my dog passed this past Halloween morning 1 am, for me I was 8 hrs away coming home on a plane. Complete shock to everyone. sending love ❤
We lost our dog 3 days and tried this exercise, I saw her looking so at peace. I hugged her and could smell her fur which smelled like the baby shampoo. I then I massaged her long spine, which she used to love. We were so happy to see each other again.
I just stumbled upon your video..no..i actualley searched for it..and for some reason i gravitated towards...i lost my beautiful Mowgli age 3 yrs , a persian calico cat...just 4 days ago in 15th jan after a tough fight she had with an intestinal obstruction.9 days of suffering and she succumbed..it was by far the most painful ordeal..the excruciating pain i feel...i hope mellows down...its inevitable but i hope i find solace and closure...all i wish for or think about is that Godwilling i would like to be reunited with her in the after life...as for now ill try this meditation and still give my other 3 Milo, Teddy and LUna a lot of love and care. Ameen .

What a beautiful meditation, thank you! Last night before sleeping, I brought up more emotion than usual about my dog, and instead of saying please give me a message or visit in a dream, I said, please give me a message or visit tonight. In the middle of the night I woke up semi awake, and there she was, cuddling with me and kissing me - repeatedly licking my face - (more so than when she was alive!). It was amazing. This morning I wrote it down. Perhaps because I have little resistance to what goes on in other dimensions - guess you can call that psychic - it occurred for me at night but while semi awake, if not fully awake, rather than remembering a dream. For now anyway, as we are - I am - still at a friend's home where she passed away less than 2 weeks ago. I feel her with me almost always, and hope that when I go back home, or am in another location (obviously taking her ashes with me), I will continue to feel her presence as clearly. (?). Comments are welcome.
It's a wonderful experience! And yes, even when you're the one experiencing it, it can be challenging to believe after the fact. Don't talk yourself out of it. Embrace it!

I'm so grateful I found this video Danielle. Since losing my sweet little April just 4 days ago suddenly and horribly following a 2 year battle with CHF , I've used your video 5 times to ease the devastating grief and pain. I was skeptical at first and not very at meditation but I was desperate. And each time I've used it, I can see, feel, touch and hold her...I'm immediately filled with incredible joy and peace as we do our usual snuggling. I've heard "I love you" , I'm here repeatedly and my anxiety disappears and I'm at peace. I've also been asking her day and night to send me signs. It's so real....I'm really with her. I have to say that 2 nights ago after doing the meditation and writing to April, while watching my favorite sitcom and laughing, within 5 minutes I got a sudden whiff of this sweet scent. I thought that was odd and I smelled everywhere to see where the scent could have come from. It was familiar. Then I went to my satchel of bits of fur I collected from April. There is this one bit of soft fur from her tummy that I asked the vet to shave for me just after she passed. I'd been smelling that little soft bit curly fur which had the sweetest scent of April. And that was the exact scent that wafted by my nose from another room down the hallway. I feel that was April sending me a sign that " I'm here mommy" . I didn't imagine it, came out of the blue and I remember from one of your videos saying you can get an order you associate with you pet that just wafts by. I never considered myself to be psychic, but I couldn't find any other explanation. Can't wait to see what happens next! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I lost my beautiful Pomeranian Poppy 5 days ago, she would have been 14 in November. I miss her terribly. I can't wait to try this later when I go to bed. I hope I get to see her again. She has definitely been sending me messages. Where I live you never see dragonflies but when one came to visit me in my garden the day after she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge, it baffled me but for the same dragonfly to visit again a day later and stayed near me for a good 5 minutes, I definitely feel it was a message from Poppy to say she's okay ❤️

I had my dog since he was 6 weeks old.
He died unexpectedly after we rushed him to the emergency vet hospital .
They gave him cpr & tried all they could.
But, my Beautiful baby boy didn't make it.
He was strong he fought hard to stay alive.
I lost 6 pounds since than, can't eat, drink or hardly function.
His bunny brothers are still looking for him.
So is the cat I'm fostering.
My kids & I are having a hard time.
I hope I can see & feel him .

Dear Danielle, I hope you see this message! It was something surreal that just happened. I am not a mediator at all and I just lost my beloved Rat Zverushka today! I feel particularly devastated because there was some of my fault and horrible guilt in it... so I am crying non stop.
So I was listening to the meditation and when you got to the part where I was about to leave him in that room, I started to cry loudly and uncontrollably. I started to think why such a cruel meditation? I started to hate it (though I love everything you say) I wondered why you put the leaving part in there, it's like teasing when in reality I can't hug or see him... so I opened my eyes and decided to stop. Then... I heard in my mind the word "fearless" and I knew what it was about! I know that after such loss I will be fearless of rejection from men (after my divorce 2 years ago I had not been on any date because of fear of rejection from a man, which would always destroy me from within. But after surviving such loss and tragedy, any rejection would seen like a piece of cake. To be fair, I did tell it to my friend several days before putting him down, but the word "fearless" literally just sounded now out of nowhere and very vividly! That was when I already decided to stop this "torture" meditation on myself and opened my eyes! So do you think it was his message? Because when I told my friend about this, inspired by your videos actually (before), I never came up with "fearless"... so I wonder if it could be his message!
This was amazing, thank you Danielle. My boy Ace (in my picture) crossed over almost a month ago today after a year long battle with kidney disease.
My three things I took away from it was the word Love, the colour White (like he was, but it felt more significant) and the emotional breakdown I had when it was time to say goodbye and close the door.
I'm sure it will all make sense in time. But I look forward to the next time I can visit my friend again.
Oh I'm so sorry, I lost my sweet cat one month ago, also after a year battling kidney disease. I'm completely heartbroken. I'll be doing this meditation when I feel a bit stronger, I'm already crying just reading the comments. So happy it worked for you, this gives me hope.

I guess I am still badly grieving. Ziggy passed last sunday, one week ago, at around 10:20-25. I tried out the meditation a little too fast. I imagined him , saw him in my mind, I was feeling so sad and is nothing I can do about that right now. I wanted to feel happy but I could only cry with the vision of him. I opened my eyes in tears, so, I am not sure if it worked because I only feel the sadness. Is it too early? i will also try to get a visitation from him, keep trying. We had so many experiences together, I feel really broken, he was almost 13 y.o.
My lovely girl Tilli born 2009, passed in September 2021. I bought a puppy for my daughter after a marriage breakdown, so Tilli was here to help us both. The one thing I cheerished in the meditation was to pick her up and cuddle her and feel her fur and see that lovely spirit, her soul shone thru her eye's. I sat by a creek, on a grassed area, watched the water trickle, I had my left arm over her whilst she stood, no words, just feeling love. I didn't want to leave this home until she passed, but that place we where at is her telling me that their is a property waiting for me and to look for it now. We sat at my new property, beautiful big tree's, meadow with flower's, sounds of nature, fresh cool breeze & a dirt track I picture me riding my horses on. All I ask now is Tilli sends me looking in the direction of a new life. You have been more help than you know Tilli from the other side as this is just what I needed to see & feel. I know she will be with me where ever I go, and Cody our little fella still here see's her regularly as I catch him looking at her when there is nothing there, wish we had the spiritual know how that my dogs have. I have been to an animal spiritual reader before & conected with our pet chook Genna, so I know animals are in our life's for a reason, many lesson's can be learned, I changed my attitude with Tilli, she showed me to take a step back and really look for better solutions. luv ya Tilli, my baby girl xo

I just lost my lil munchie this past Saturday 1/22/22. Our connection was deep, he was my soul mate and my Aries twin in animal form. As soon as I closed my eyes I saw the sillouette of his beautiful face. I walked a gravel path, the door was to a small house...the stairs I walked up led to our bedroom and he was already at my side racing me to the top of the stairs...we did this everyday for 14 years. He is at my side, and I see him on the sofa and he is in my arms and I'm touching his face fixing his beard rubbing my finger down the center of his nose. We are happy but I'm crying at the same time. I hear the wind chimes and I ask him what he wants me to know. He is in my arms and I'm hold him and moving side to side like in a soft dance. He is at his happiest. I put him down and he runs away. As I head back down the stairs I turn and see his face pressed up against a small window in the door. ...he is happy and I'm smiling ear to ear but tears are flowing down my face. I needed this connection and visit for my healing to begin. Thank you.

I lost my 22 year old baby, Miss Kitty two weeks ago. I got her when she was 8 weeks old. I feel broken hearted, lost, lonely, sad, in denial and grief stricken ...😢
My dog, Cookie has just passed and he was very nervous to come to me but he did. He was always like this because he thought he'd get wrong for doing negative things (he was an anxious dog). He felt very different too. The message he gave me was red, his favourite colour toys and my belly rumbled which is why he passed over (tumour on his spleen which caused him rumbly tumblys). I believe this was his way of telling me that I did the right thing for him at the time. Over time, we'll build a better friendship with this meditation I'm sure. Thankyou 💜🕯️

i was expecting her reaction to be different, but once i was there, she showed me that she's always had an assertive, energetic nature which came into my life to encourage me to be like that and, on the other side, as i did the meditation, she encouraged me to be that way again (which i havent yet). She passed 2 weeks ago and imagine how even worse i felt with the event, but on the other side she looked at me as if saying "karine, i love u, but i dont wnt u to be sad this way, for ur own good, when i was with u down there, u had many moments where u felt very confident and joyful, but u shouldnt depend on anyone or anything to be that way". in fact i know to be that way and always identified with her personality, but lately i got lost and was having a hard time finding that again and it culminated with her sudden departure. one of the ways i saw her (this is serious) was like a sister, but id insist on treating her as a daughter. i'll work on those personal issues and visit her again see if she wants to come back 🙂

These past couple of nights I’ve been so worried about not seeing or feeling my baby doggie. So much has happened since he went to rest.
I had to move due to a flood, then move again so I was so worried he wouldn’t know where I was.
I’ve been telling him to please follow me and how much I miss and love him.
Last night I felt his little body on my bed!! Next to my thigh. I felt it getting warm!! It was the best feeling ever! I didn’t want to move.
I love him so much! My little baby. Visit me as often as you wish, you’re mommies Angel!!!

My 11 year old pointer hound mix (rescued) was with us since she was 4 or 5 months old. She was part of me, I was part of her and she was the visible representation of our family's soul. Just a sweetheart that was a very special dog. She immediately out of nowhere was taking away from us this past Monday, and it just sucks. Today is Thanksgiving and she would await the Westminster Dog Show and watch with absolute full attention, even barking with jealously at the TV dogs. I'll have to do one of these meditations.

After my dog passed every night I heard the doggie door flap. He would always go outside at night to walk around. Now I hear the kennel cage door. I actually saw a gray cloud drift across the room and up to the footboard of my bed. Then floated back down.
