Can you please let me know if commercial ply can be used for upper section of kitchen cabinets which is little away from heat and moisture OR do you recommend only BWP as it is kitchen upper section and whole kitchen might have some moisture and heat because of cooking?

I recommend BWP only for moisture prone areas such as sink and preparation area, other then this commercial ply is enough, always make sure that the finishing should be done properly i.e laminates or paint whatever you use.
