    @Frank Lectures thank you for the video. Question - When a product is labelled as Goat anti-mouse Ab for example, does this mean that it has been raised in goats and binds to mouse Ab? And by default are these always secondary Abs?

    It is great to know the difference , yet I would like to know why labelling primary antibodies reduces their immunoreactivity ??

    Why is it important to ensure that you remove all unbound secondary antibody before adding the substrate?

    Could you just explain how these antigens or antibodies are immobilized at the bottom of microtiter? Anyway, videos are great.

    • @FrankLectures
      @FrankLectures  6 лет назад +1

      +Black Out thank you for appreciating these videos.
      The immobilization of antigens and antibodies in micro titer wells depends on the chemical interactions between the molecule and the surface of the well.
      To explain this in detail, another video lecture is required. But for your query, you can read this PDF explaining immobilization principles. Click this link www.google.co.in/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=www.cultek.com/inf/otros/soluciones/ELISA_superficie.pdf&ved=0ahUKEwjy4sPU7LHYAhVEOI8KHbd7D-kQFggmMAA&usg=AOvVaw2eU_a7vtzjbUorKm32Gogd I hope this is useful to you.
      Thanks.

      It's ok . I respect your preferences. I have and had some limitations regarding voiceover for my video lectures. But I haven't compromized the quality of content in these video lectures. Thanks.
