  • I love taking things that would have had to been tossed into the recycling bin and making something cute and useful. Okay... maybe wind chimes don't qualify for 'useful' but they are decorative and fun to listen to in a breeze or wind storm! Either way, your kids will love this one and it won't break the bank... which is even better!
And... don't forget to check out our shop for your crafting and decor needs, we ship throughout Canada and the U.S. www.QueenBeeCreationsHome.com

How did you get the lids not to be sharp?

My can opener works in such a way that the lids and edges of the can aren't sharp at all. Never really thought about it... if yours leaves sharp edges you could file them. But most can openers available now leave perfectly smooth edges... like this one: amzn.to/4avarCU

Hot glue and metal doesn't like each other

Well... the heat and metal thing definitely isn't a match since the metal conducts the heat. I think you're right about it perhaps being prone to popping off easily... I'll go back and reinforce with an E6000 type glue to finish off before putting outside.
