    I love how detailed they are! Most sites hit you with a bunch of fluff and filler. I appreciate that they went into the specific types of loans needed.

    I really enjoyed this episode! I wasn't familiar with Ramel and his business inveatments so it was enlightening to learn the business of investing in storage facilities. Like Matt said, I see them popping up all the time in my neighborhood and now I understand why. I hope Matt will become a storage unit owner after learning about the business.

    I like this guy but in his other interviews he said he paid 25k for the mentorship for the storage units now it’s 50k. Hope that’s not a sales tactic for his mentorship.

      I caught this too. When he said $25,000 for a mastermind on the other episode I remember thinking that was crazy. Now he saying it was $50K, maybe it was a slip of the tongue.

    This would have been a fire interview if they stayed on topic! Until the interview turned around about his personal storage payments and calling the guest business a scam and derailing the rhythm and potential gems of this convo. I ain't hating I love this channel and content, but just constructive criticism. Love the show love the guests

    As someone who's managed multi million dollar storage facilities there is NO way he can make 80k a month on 300 units. Simple math and averages would give him at max maybe 50k gross.

I approached a storage owner 12 yrs ago about the business as Id then rented a unit while my home was being built. The owners werent rude, but whitey didn't share anything.     No good business man or manager will raise rents 3 times in the same year on his clients. You're setting yourself up for failure putting greed first. Whats gonna happen is that they just fined somewhere else to go. In the words of Moss Def "slow down, you're speeding, you're gonna smash your shit up" Game!
