The Nigerian government did not follow that process. Kanu was abducted/kidnapped and brought to Nigeria. On that basis, the courts have ruled that he be taken back to Kenya where he was kidnapped. Now, what is Kanu's crime compared to the bandits? Why are there no bandits in prison? Foreign investors will not come to our country because of insecurity created by the bandits. Many farmers have been killed and many have stopped going to farm because of insecurity.
