  • I absolutely love London. Day 2 was a tourist's dream, it's a shame sleep is a thing.

Really enjoyed your video. Just quirky, funny and fresh. I can tell you spent a lot of time editing this (and your first UK video) - you did a great job.

Ironically, most Brits will say London isn't the real England / UK and advise visiting the provinces, or any of the other capital cities (Cardiff, Belfast, Edinburgh).

Lol - We have buildings here in England practically as old as England. Most are not fairing well but it would be difficult to travel in any given direction here for more than ten miles without coming across a church / monastery / farmstead / parish or hamlet that`s less than 5 - 8 hundred years old.
    It`s awful !

Hi Brooke, everybody calls the tower Big Ben, but it's real name was St Stephens Tower, until it was renamed Elizabeth Tower in 2012 for the Queens jubilee. Big Ben is the name of the main hour bell. There's a connection to the US Liberty Bell, they were both cast by the same firm, the Whitechapel Bell Foundry.

They both cracked . A hole was made in Ben to stop the crack getting worse. This gives the distinctive tone

what do you think about our bacon, our bacon is taken from along the back of the pig which gives us a long rasher where as the american bacon is cut across the back giving a shorter rasher, our sausages are even better
