    If your t-4 cells are infected and can’t release cytokines to trigger a signal to your t-8 cells than would you be able to deject some of your t-4 cells remove the cytokine molecules and sort of biologically engineer it so that you can replant it in the person with just the cytokines and then those cytokines would trigger the t-8 cells to attach to foreign cells and initiate cell death????? just a thought...
