I wouldn't say he has a lack of empathy, that's a bit over dramatic, he did say to Chris that he knows people got hurt,and he is sorry, he went about it the wrong way, but at the end of the day ,you have to go with your gut feelings. Didn't hypocrite Casey do something similar to Claudia in season 9 ?
@conoconnor4375 he claimed he had matured since the last season. Obviously not. Callum is correct in his analysis. If we are using Casey's behaviour as the benchmark then the bar is set very low. Even when he sort of apologised there was no emotion there. He is possibly on the autism spectrum as he struggles with communication.

@@conoconnor4375 nope. Nobody has an issue with his choice. Its the way he went about it. There is no justification for that level of unkindness. I don't even like Arabella but she did not deserve that level of humiliation. If you think people have an issue with him choosing Georgia then you are wrong. People have an issue with how he went about it. Nothing to do with being self righteous. Everything to do with expecting him to be a decent human being.

Arabella definitely needed a heads up; I know what it feels like to think "everything's fine" and then you get the rug pulled from underneath you. However, Toby was conflicted. And Georgia played a role in swaying his decision by mentioning : "I'll always have a soft spot for you. Forever and ever." Her mentioning : "I didn't even have a conversation with Toby" is absolutely repulsive. This girl lies on the spot.
