Anyone know where to plug in the cable for the lights on the cpu block? Its got a mail and female connector on the lead but ive nowhere on the kotherboard to plug it in?
Hi what model did you get? I don't think that is a keyboard connection, it will be a A-RGB header that goes into your header for RGB and motherboard. It's a 3-4 pin connector
@@BudgetTechUKYT same one, the frozen edge 360. The CPU block had 2 coming from it , the regular 4 pin fan connector and another with a male and female 3 pin connector that's too big for anything else on my board
@@maroonstarsface hi that is the A-RGB 5v 3 pin connector. If your board doesn't support it, that means you have a very old model, or something funky from China. You can buy a SATA to ARGB from Amazon, ofcourse there is cheaper deals. It's just to give you some direction amzn.eu/d/gDhU50M
@@BudgetTechUKYT brilliant, appreciate the help, funnily enough it's a new motherboard too but was the cheapest am4 socket board i could find that took ddr4 and supported m.2 I could find from MSI. Hello dear, first I bought a white lian li galahad ii lcd and I had a problem with the pump, it disconnects by itself, I think I will go for this white thermalright vision 360, how will it work for a ryzen 7800x3d and play in 2k, how about temperatures, friend
Heya, the Frozen Edge 360 has about 3 x higher tdp rate than the 7800x3d so you will be fine. It keeps my 150watt TDP CPU at 71c as shown in benchmarks.
Hi, I won't say so. The Evo 120 from Thermalright gives 200 watt TDP on benchmarks. It's an beast of a cooler. The questions that you need to ask yourself. 1) what core do I have and is it overheating (I assume no ways) 2) Am I looking for a AIO and if yes, why? 3) Do I want the same performance AIO, if yes you will need to spend big money. 4) Do I have enough space for it. Keep in mind the Frozen Edge 360 is rated at 234watt TDP, but I have not tested it at this high power, so I can't say will it perform the same as your cooler. I would say, buy it. Test it. If not happy send it back. It's a cracking cooler regardless
@@BudgetTechUKYT Ah damn, my 7800x3D runs pretty cool at 45 idle and under 60 when under load. I did want to buy an AIO for cooler temps but considering the 7800x3D doesnt use that much TDP then maybe it should be fine, hopefully Thanks for the reply man! Subscribed!

dunno if u can take an old 4core cpu for testing this, i guess most ppl have an i5 or r5 with 6 cores. would be nice to see this in a more modern usage and yeah.. i know budget.. but an ryzen 5 2600 can be bought used for around 30 bucks and this is for me personal the baseline in a more modern 6 core budget system.
Hi there, thanks so much for the comment. So this cooler will be overkill for such a core as they come standard with their own coolers. However it will work perfectly fine for the 2600 R5. Fantastic CPU man.
Hello, do you know if the water block is rotatable? For example i want tubes from the block to come from left side, but in that case the logo will be upside down
@@BudgetTechUKYT And it's not possible to just rotate the logo plate? Weird, because on Frozen Prism which has a similar enough water block design it's possible to rotate it.
@@Xayc__ I'm pretty sure you can take it off and rotate it. But I didn't want to go that far and void the warranty. I always advise on the safest option... I don't want to say yes if I myself have not done it.
@@AquaLady153 well it does, but it's not a lot. It also doesn't have a customizable screen. But, I mean for £48, can't expect more. I'm just glad it keeps things cool 😎
Omg😂😂😂 I just noticed I messed up that one. So the NZXT is the X53 and I tested a H100i, I never included the H100i as it's too expensive for this test to be "budget" that's my mistake and thanks for pointing it out! @@AquaLady153
I’d also be curious about how quiet it is
@@genericsidecharacter8915 hey thanks for the comment, even thou I didn't measure the DB it was quieter than my cooler.
I got 2 360mm Thermalright frozen notte in my clone rigs with the TF7 paste and I'm blown away by the performance and the look of them
It's amazing for the price
Looks good will be buying
I don't represent this product, so I hope it's as good for you as for me. Thank you so much for supporting my channel. ❤❤💪💪

Guys, as @AquadLady153 pointed out, I made a mistake. It's NZXT X53 and not Corsair, this is my bad as I was working with an H100i Corsair as well. 😢.

Both the 3900x and 7600x has the same TDP so yes I would say so. Also it supports AM5 socket so I would say go for it :)
