Productive day in my life and first day of 45 academic hard which is a new version of 75 hard made specifically for high school students.
I made 45 academic hard as it is a shorter and more manageable version of 75 hard for students.
45 academic hard rules:
2 hours of revision daily
15 minutes of daily movement
7+ hours of sleep
Read a book/ listen to a podcast twice a week
2 past papers a week
Remember it's about persistence not perfection :)
