WDG4 Night Action at Dharwad

June 2012.
Trains: BOXN and BCNA rakes.
Locomotives: All Hubli[UBL] WDG4s: 12023+12040, 1206x+1210x, 12005.
Location: Dharwad[DWR].
Camera: Canon PowerShot SX20 IS.
Dharwad has a reputation of having heavy freight traffic at night, and we were in luck again. Three freight trains bound to Londa and beyond rumble through the clean and silent station between 03:00AM and 04:15AM. All trains were led by Hubli's WDG4s and the last one was imported GT46MAC 12005, now in blue-cream livery. Enjoy the awesome EMD sounds!

Angry LP. It didn't get clearance until it entered the station and had to accelerate late. LP gave a nice blast of the horn :D

The station as we know it is being entirely changed, and there are no trains now so no point in going there at least in the near future. :(
