    Many people do not even stretch. Stretching is important, no matter how young you are (or old), especially if you have an sustained injury.

    hold the load and if it goes on the floor.......usually happens that way.

    i can lift boxes better thank you.....i tripped over a pen once and i broke my back lol good times but now i know i should pick up the pen and bend down before i lift a box

    Holds loads near your body. It is good to stretch your leg before starting to carry loads. Be careful at work. Use your wisdom. Don't be distracted.

      no many objects in real life shaped like a barbell or dumbbell.

      That is true, but the techniques used are very similar(stance, bracing, breathing, etc.)
