I’ve literally been so into staying fresh and clean for so long, and just feeling more rejuvenated after taking a shower or even a bath. I mean I always do that, but when you just take these extra moments to really just relax, and breathe while doing it….it really does help make your mind and your body feel so much better.
People will always criticize how much time u take on self care but are the first to be like omg u smell so good, ur skin is so soft, etc 😂

SOTD: Lush Temptation shower gel (apple, rose & grass), Burt's Bees Milk & Honey body lotion, BBW Rose body spray.
Favorite fresh and clean scents: BBW fresh cut lilacs spray, Burt's Bees lotion (light scent), Lush Bohemian bar soap (lemonade), Lush Rad Dad shower gel (fir and cucumber).

Ash you’re so sweet and inspirational! I use body scrubs 2xs a week regardless what season. I love scrubs from tree hut and the body shop. When you love yourself you find ☮️. Keep being awesome. You’re killing it!

Hey Ash, I’ve used urban skin for years, it works! I have photos to prove it but the face cleanser works 100 times better with the exfoliating pads instead of your hands! What do you recommend for dark spots on the body from acne? By the way you have helped my self care at age 42 reach a new level! 💕💕💕💕

I can't get enough of the fresh & clean scents. When I wanna feel light, airy & fresh, I use Safeguard antibacterial as my base then Dove antibacterial bw. I use to top it off with BBW White T shirt but I got tired of it so I started back using Calgon Turquoise Seas. It's an old school spray I used to get from Walgreens but they stopped selling it. I found it on Amazon & fell in love all over again. It reminds me of when I first had daughter & it was just me her & trying to find our way in this world. Just one spray & I think of my sweet Ladybug as a baby 🐞

SOTD: Be Enchanted
This is just what I needed to see. I have been on a vanilla STREAK for an entire year no breaks and now all I want is to be light and fresh. I don’t have much hygiene products yet so I have been alternating Dove Sweet cream and peony bar soap (which they need to bring back 😭) and Dove winter care body wash. They are both just light fresh but still creamy scents that melts into my skin and it’s amazing lol I just need to find other products like that to get a whole routine

You know what because of you i was enticed to use a body scrub before it's ok for me to use only a soap everytime i take a bath but because of you i'm learning to use a body scrub and my skin has improved after i use the scrub my skin is softer one thing i want to try is to avail a bbw candle because it was to pricey here in the Philippines

Omg what a great video….this video is so beautiful and encouraging for all of us……. I also used the urbanrx face cleaner and when I bought it, it came with a lil round scrub sponge to wash your face. It was a lot easier to use..

@@LiVingAsh. i actually almost threw my sponges away, they come flat like paper and expand when wet! i’ve heard a lot of people think they are a cover and toss them

Omg! Idk how I actually stumbled upon some I guess IG perfume influencers. Damn algorithms!! Anyway, some of these ladies have a CRAZY perfume collection. Some perfumes I NEVER knew existed. Well of course I went online to look up some of the fragrances. I was OVERWHELMED. So I decided I need a trip to Newman Marcus or Salks fifth. Because I want to smell some fragrances.
