Have been saying for months, this clash determines where Bellingham goes at the end of the season. We have our answer. It's a shame. Same way Tchouameni waited for the CL final to decide. Why does Allison keep making such silly mistakes? Over and over again. This team can never beat Madrid, not at our best, not at our worst....and by the way, what has Nat Phillips done to Klopp? He definitely should be more solid than Gomez.
Liverpool are a different animal in Europe, especially under the lights at Anfield to most teams. Fair play to Madrid, who would be the only team in the Champions League to do that at Anfield from 2 down, and showing why they've won it 14 times. A masterclass.
These pundits don't really know much about Real Madrid and La Liga because if you compare the stats of both the English Premier League and the Spanish League they are performing way better than even the very own Liverpool which is in 8th ,PL22, W10, D5, L7, +/- 38-28, GD+10, PTS 35 and Real Madrid in 2nd PL22 , W16, D3, L3, +/- 46-17, GD+29, PTS 51. Who's really the better performing team of the two Europe, World and League?!

I expected Liverpool to lose...but in my wildest dreams I wouldn't have expected them to concede 5 at home!! What makes it even worse is that they went 2-0 up....to lose 2-5 from there is worse than losing 0-3 in many ways. Klopp is finished and this team needs wholesale changes. Oh...and Bellingham isn't signing...100% guaranteed.

Their season isn't over just yet. If they lose to Manchester United and then Newcastle find their winning form again in March throughout April, then it's over. Personally, I still think they can make top four just because of what they did in 2021 but let's see what happens when the next international break happens
@@narshaldakowa4350 if they finish in the top four that's a good turn around and come back. If they can do it before why can't they do it again? They were losing for fun in 2021. I think 6 in a row at Anfield alone. In late March or early April people said its over, no chance for ucl, even I said it and then suddenly they kept winning, even won 4-2 at Old Trafford and went on to finish third. If they win their two games in hand they're only one point behind 4th placed Tottenham so there's still plenty to play for. For their season to be over, they'd need to drop points in their next three games with the third game being against Man United. Man United haven't won at Anfield since LVG was in charge and in 2021 when they went to Anfield on top of the league, they played for a point when they should have gone for it, Liverpool ended up losing their next home game and that ended their run and then they went on a run of games at home with defeats, United is obviously different now but winning at Anfield is something they don't do often but if they capitalise on this poor Liverpool side and punish them, damage their confidence, it'll be interesting. For me their season will all depend on the next three to four games
United have their own Vini Junior in Rashford. If they get a top class no.9, like a Kane or Osimhen, like Madrid have Benzema, United will take some stopping next season.

Alisson really does undo all his good work for us with ridiculous mistakes sometimes honestly he has about 5 big mistakes in him each season. Changed the whole feeling of the game so avoidable
The initial tower of joy and false hope constructed for the Liverpool fans by their team taking a 2 goal lead came crashing down around them after a dazzling Real performance and a 5-2 thrashing at home. Absolute perfection, what a night!
The most gobsmacking victory ever 😂. English media will humbles down little bit. Madrid player trains and sleeps with ball. The way they control the ball is an art of magic. It’s not like Barca or city but another level of composure with the ball
Calm down this Liverpool team got battered against wolves, Brighton and Brentford Liverpool have not been that difficult to beat this season
This is the least humble comment ever lol. You are literally just doing the exact same thing they do but fawning over your own club instead. This is the thing about bias; it prevents you from seeing that you’re just as biased as the people *you* think are biased. The Spanish media are every bit as bad and you’re a perfect example. You just can’t see it when it comes from your side.
This Liverpool is eighth in the league and was battered 4-0 by brighton, relax
Where are you from? Highly doubt its spain. Keep other nations out ur mouth if u cant compete with your own.

Liverpool season is all but over can't see them getting top 4 after this. Think they can forget about signing Bellingham now he ain't gonna wanna join after that sh*t show.

I think klopps too nice at times. Top loyal
ya that kid clearly lacking experience. No doubt his potential is really high, but there are time when u need to play safe, he made alot of wrong decision. 2 of real goal come from his mistake. If he been pressed hard and dont have option just pass back to defender or GK, instead he try to cut them and intercepted easily. The premier league and their clubs may have the money but the Spanish teams have the quality to slay these English clubs and win competitions, well done Real Madrid
English teams consistently played semi finals and finals in champions league since last 5 years
2018- Liverpool Madrid
2019- Tottenham- liverpool
2021- chelsea- city
2022- Madrid- Liverpool(city in semifinals)
How many Spanish and Italian teams played semi finals and finals as much as English teams?

How cups have Spanish teams won against rich pampered English teams in finals, cry more little girl lol
@@wishvakrish3583 The English teams are actually playing well in the Champions League between 2007 and 2009, when there are 3 out of 4 teams being English:
2007-Milan Liverpool (United and Chelsea in semifinals).
2008-United Chelsea (Liverpool in semifinals).
2009-Barcelona United (Chelsea in semifinals).
This includes Liverpool in 2005 and Arsenal in 2006.
The 2007 and 2008 finals saw the closest time the Northwest Derby happened in the most prestigious game in Europe, while 2009 final saw the closest time the rematch of previous season's final happened. Barcelona weren't deserved to win the Champions League if they won against Chelsea through referees.
2010 saw United and Arsenal being knocked out in the quarterfinals.
2013 and 2015 were the years when no English clubs were played in the quarterfinals. To make matters worse, the 2013 final was held at Wembley, something that they need to avoid it for the next season.

We are the easiest team to play against in Europe, EVERY single game we give away about 5 clear cut chances to the opposition no matter who it is.
Even when we win this season we dont look good.

Their season isn't over just yet. If they lose to Manchester United and then Newcastle find their winning form again in March throughout April, then it's over. Personally, I still think they can make top four just because of what they did in 2021 but let's see what happens when the next international break happens
Liverpool season is all but over to be honest.
Delusional
For them to finish top 4 it means brighton, brentford, tottenham and Fulham all collectively collapse. That's not happening
United have their own Vini Junior in Rashford. If they get a top class no.9, like a Kane or Osimhen, like Madrid have Benzema, United will take some stopping next season.
