i think the splash hat respawns every so often, as people take it. so keep that in mind :) try to server hop and youll have a better shot

no problem!! yeah, the cave one is a little difficult if you havent explored the shop yet/dont have enough points for it. also, a little dumb they put the button to get the last badge in the settings menu lol
