Just ordered a few to go with my iPhone 15. Thanks for the review, recommendation and discount code! I have been looking for a new company instead of Anker for a while now.
@@equivalentexchangeisalie5726 it took a while through emails but they eventually sent me a replacement I’ve never used the new one. I just really don’t trust it. Like how does a charging cable drain battery life?
i believe it’s purely aesthetic, but it does have a nice weight to it so it helps keep my cable from sliding off my table, only real use i’ve found for it:)
I do computer repairs if it don’t break @ the cable it’s the device port that breaks these are perfect for the car other then that use smaller cuz it breaks the ports on the device trust me your pocket book will thank me if no worries I’ll fix the port for 120$
i’m a repair tech for apple and use these personally and at work and have been doing so pretty much everyday for the past two years, never had one issue especially nothing even close to a broken port. you’re safe to use them wherever you’d like:)

Can these be used for carplay meaning they transmit data too or is it purely for charging?
They also transfer data!:)
I bought a chubby cable and it’s awful it literally loses charge while charging
Did you return them?

Bought 3 chubby cables 2 not working after 2weeks
Mine won't work with my power bank.
Going to buy all of them! Thanks!
Hey would you mind answering a question for me what is that metal piece like halfway down the cable what do they do what's the point of having it?

They don't last. On my 3rd one in 6 months
What happened to them?
Why didn’t they last?
Too bulky
The whole point of the cable is that it's super thick with big connectors. It's meant to feel heavy duty and durable.
