Basically in the shin splint category but more specifically compartment syndrome that includes tight calves and tibialis posterior pain from “overuse”

Hey Matt i have a question,is it good if i do Plyometrics+Strength on Wednesday and on Sunday one day after the Match(I also do a little plyo work at lower intensity one day before the match with lower reps and sets)For me the Problem is hitting strength and plyo work 3 times a week because i have Football Training on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and Saturday i have a Match Do you have any tips for me?Would really appreciate it

Hey matt could i do 45 degree lateral flexion to thoracic rotation (weighted) for speed so heavy weight at slow speed and light weight at fast speed and the same thing for split stance plate rotation raises or is it bad?

do we need rehab for really small ankle injuries like when the pain goes away 90% by itself in 4 5 days
Honestly I wouldn't change almost anything if it is that minor. Maybe do a couple of exercises if it makes it feel better.

Im a pro footballer who plays in turkey 3.division
ı got injured at the last mach of the 23-24 season
ı ruptured my ACL then 1 month later ı had an surgery what should ı do to come back stronger(Currently working with clubs fizyo)

Very different depending on what you are going for and what stage of the program you are in!

I got shin splints about 1.5 years ago, and although I got insoles and done a ton of exercises for my calves, it never really went away for good. I mean, I can still play , but I just want to get rid of it for good and be able to run again without worrying about the shin splints getting worse, how can I do that?
