The finest example of a professional channel that secures excellent reviews of vast number of time pieces. Thank you for the best from you for many to appreciate your work and the versify of sharp time pieces.
Already got a similar Orient auto that lacks Sapphire that I rarely wear as I'm no longer a full time office jockey. I like the dial, case finishing n short lugs and I would pay more for it than the Orient but not three times what the Orient cost.
I does look similar to both the Cocktail Time and the Zenith. Though I never knew the Zenith existed before you showed us. $6000 dress watches not being on my, or many peoples radar. I prefer the date at 6 o'clock rather that the 3 on the Presage. Also I prefer the sapphire dial over the softlex sandwich from Seiko. The presage does have the option of a bracelet. On line manufacturers price I saw was $299 Seagull. Presage $425-450 bracelet or strap.
With the Presage being available from Jomashop and others for the same money I'd have a hard time buying this one. It is a fine looking watch though and you did a great review as always 💯
Lovely watch, and I wouldn't describe it as a homage, although a little similar to a few GS's. The strap would have to come off, and I think it should be a 38mm considering it's all dial.
sadly, Sea Gull has recently gone a bit rogue with their pricing. They are nearing (or even exceeding) various micro-brands prices for similar quality, and.. it's bit disappointing. I own quite a few Sea-Gulls (and enjoy them), but when they start reaching European brands prices, the whole operation becomes questionable.
Cocktail time and Hamilton also come to mind

Same price as a Seiko Presage Cocktail Time... nice but I think I'd rather have a Seiko
It’s stunning but a little large and a little fancy for me. Thanks for the great review!

I have two ST2130 watches from Seestern and love them.
Classy looking watch. Great to see a dress watch being featured and nice review!

looks neat on the Vario straps .
Lovely watch .

I thought it was a beautiful dress watch from Sea-Gull. Cosmetically very nice quality.
Great review, love your content, thank you. Nice watch but 528EUR is a silly price for this. Not for me.
I was just offered it for $388

You can't throw a Spear with this one!
Nice timepiece but I am not sure about the price.
$400 for a Chinese watch..... Going the way of Seiko up charging?
Que tu próximo reloj sea un Seagull 👍
are those seagull movements solid?
Pretty good .
They are very solid…
Nice movements, but like ETA's, it's best to keep hand winding to a minimum. Shake it and put it on like an old Seiko. :)
When there are seagulls flying around don't look up.
Nice 🙂👍
Ah, the good old SI international unit of thickness "the fleas fart-box" 😂
😝
can you do Panarai Homage seakoss gmt?
nice Sunray dial
Nice.
Swiss prices for Chinese watches. I blame Biden! 😂😅
A bit pricey. $700AUD
519 eur, good joke!
It’s $388
@@ilikewatches I live in Spain, if I click the link in the description gives me 519 eur. Anyway 388 plus 20% taxes and import duties it´s nonsense
Very nice bit too big for this style of watch. Even on your wrist it wears quite big I think.
Sup Gary! Did you see John McAnus is back on YT, and spreading his lies again 🙄 got a beef going with WatchDives
Prices gone away up €524 euro...to expensive...
40mm :( too big for a dress watch especially with a light dial
A mix of both watches - more Seiko & less Zenith. I don't think that's impressive.
I wouldn't call it a homage. Just design-inspired by those.
The same guy that made your local chicken fry rice made this "zenith" for $38
I'll have you know Mr Chen has the dexterity of a god & no Swiss could hope to match his wok hei
