Hello does it cover the whole ear? ia any part of your ear touching the cups? I have wired sennheiers they sit on around the ear. big eliptical cups. Any ideas? Cheers

The very edges of my earlobes lightly touch the bottom.
The first one I bought, the charging wouldn't work. Now, the second one, the video and sound are out of sync. And neither box looked like this one. The only thing on the box is a dotted box in the corner, and I have no understanding of the purpose of that. If you know how to get the video and sound in sync, I would like to keep the second one. Otherwise, I will send both back and not try another.

Yes still good.
My own review:
In iphone: batter lies. It doesnt display the battery status accurately(like, it can say 25% but it will shutdown)
Button Clicks are irritating at some point but i only click it rarely only turning anc/on button.
No indicator if its already anc- you’ll hear the difference but not entirely.

I already used it for two days and i feel bad if i return it- if someone will buy it as refurb/open box, i feel bad for that dude (i put myself in their shoes) plus it seems not bad- unlike skullcandy hesh, its highs doesnt make “pop” or brrrrr because of that, i kinda liking this cans. The 3.5mm jack is short
