I don't believe we should use protein powders. They are highly processed and may cause harm in the long run. It's always better to obtain protein from natural sources. Sprouts, nuts, and seeds are excellent sources of protein. Our parents and grandparents never relied on protein powders. Ranveer, I know you’re familiar with this topic, as you’ve had some great podcasts on it in the past. Returning to nature and our roots is a way to live a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.

Are bhaishab ye bhi btadete ki protein ko bna ne me kitne chemical use krte or preserve krne k liye kitne chemical use hote even protein ke nam pr sal bhar ke 12 dabe nhi kha skte btw body bdi ache h direct protein de ke alsi q bnana body ko.
i used oziva collagen n ise pinay se mera weight 5 to 6 kg kam hogya.. n now i m underweight n i used c++ vitamin e n zinc oziva medicine ussey pigmentation thori se thek hue colour thora bright hua after consuming for 4 months but yeh b tummy ko suit nahi kra ise gastric problem hue muje…so i stopped consuming it..
