Dark Souls but Every Enemy Is Centipede Demon Part 2

Is it possible to beat Dark Souls 1 if all the enemies were replaced with the Centipede Demon? Highlights of me using the Dark Souls Randomizer mod and setting every enemy to be a bunch of human centipedes or something like that.
