The quisine will become more tasty if the following are done :
1) Add Kasuri Methi , a bit of sugar to tackle the bitterness of spinach ( needs to be blanched before making paste) and a bit of deshi ghee (reducing the quantity if oil used earlier, if reqd)
2) In another process, a raw egg is whipped in a bowl with half cup of water and dropped in the preparation slowly from the top while stirring the same vigorously as done in soup preparation. Then only smell/ taste of egg will come in the spinach.
