Definitely a shark. Looks like a sand tiger. They have to come to the surface now and then to gulp air, as they do not have a swim bladder like other sharks. Beautiful, and very docile animals. No threat to people, so long as they're treated with respect.
Of course it's a shark. They live in the ocean don't they. Quincy bay has a lot of them, I've caught many fishing there....OH trdracer Petersons Rock off of Squantum is a good spot.

Ha...yeah...I was walking along and saw this out in the water...was probably a rock sticking out but who knows!
