    Quince Apple ( Bum tchoonth) = 1Kg
    Brinjal ( Wangan) = ½ Kg
    Onion = 1 large sized
    Ginger Powder ( Shounth) = ½ teaspoon
    Ginger garlic paste (Dagith rohan te adrakh)= 1 teaspoon
    Red chilli (Marchwangan)= 1.5 teaspoon
    Salt (Noon) = according to the taste
    Fennel seed powder ( Beadiyaan) = 1 teaspoon
    Turmeric (Leadir)= ½ teaspoon
    Cumin (Zur) = 1 teaspoon
    Black cardamom (Beade Eale) = 2 no
    Green cardamom (Sabz eale) = 3 no
    Cinnamon ( Dalchini) = 1 no
    Mustard Oil = 1 cup for frying and 3 tbsp for cooking
