Use this as an indication that You always need to be aware that You need to be explicit with your speech. You want to make sure that you do not cause someone to stumble. This is very simple. Prophet Lovy defined the word "explicitly" and expressed that it is basically something said EXACTLY and leaving no room for interpretation. Other's believe that the New Testament says, clearly and without confusion, that fornication is sin. These are not terrible, hypocritical people who aren't listening and who aren't going to make it to heaven. Some might say, that by them hearing God explicitly, that they are hearing just fine.
