If you ordered the frame WITH the screen, then you're just wasting your time. There is a completely better way to do this; just disconnect the screen flex cable, heat up the screen with a heat gun/blow dryer, and GENTLY pry the screen from the frame.
Swapping every single part out into a new frame is just completely unnecessary. Just buy the screen. Don't get the frame unless you're so careless that it's bent or cracked or whatever. Don't waste your time.

I really want to try this but it does look complicated. I definitely cant do it around my kids. I'd lose all the tiny screws lol but I am going to order the screen replacement kit right away.
Losing the screws is my biggest fear

So I have a question I have the same phone and the top layer of glass that sticks to the touch screen is broken but the touch screen itself isn't broken it's still intact it's the Gorilla Glass that broke and it peelings off from the touch screen can't I just replace it with a screen protector?

Hello I have a Galaxy A10 SM 105FN/DS on Ebay I see a lost of screens offered for the SM 105F. Will those fit for my phone or not or are there any differences in the models, so that not all offered replacement screens will fit? How long does it take to remove glue with isopropyl alcohol?
It took a few hours and I think I damaged the battery, while trying to take it out. But everything seems to be working for now, it's just that the battery is getting warm.
No, sorry, false alarm. It seems to be working fine without overheating. I guess I'm just paranoid.

@@MovilonePhoneRepair I was comparing it to just replacing the whole front screen not just the glass I see it's a little cheaper but some work need to be done what if I do something wrong but replacing the whole thing just few screws and unplug some cords seems easier I'm saying

Do not attempt to do it on your own. Removing the battery is the trickiest step. I tried it and I destroyed the battery which was VERY strongly glued to the frame. Buy a new cellphone or trust a professional to do the replacement.

Alcohol to loose the battery from the phone then glue it during reassembly to make it stick.

@@QueenJeremy actually there's two easily removed scews that hold most iPhone screens in place. For all the flak Apple get for irrepairability of their devices, at least they don't glue the phones shut.

This is so helpful but I dont have a money to buy a screen my phone was broken , the screen cracked and Im using it now for my studies and I have to zoom the screen sometimes because some words ain't clear because of the cracks. My phone is A10 samsung too
They build it easy to crack on purpose. Fix it yourself or ask a friend to do it.

probably because of the glue under it. to safely remove it

my a10 fell in water and since then my screen has this flickering and line effects most of the time,i want to change the screen and am being told there are two types of the screen which is the normal one and the original which is the expensive one.want to ask if its true and what will be some of the precaution i should look out for or take wen i take the normal screen

This is what really irks me about many modern electronics. It's as if every measure in the engineering is purposely designed to make disassembly as difficult as possible. I have a toshiba laptop. 2 panels on the bottom have 1 screw to remove & there almost everything is. The hard drive & a spare 2nd bay, 2 extra slots to expand the memory, wireless chip, processor & cooling/fan assembly. But if you need to get to the 2 primary memory sticks, the entire thing must be broken down, as the 2 memory sticks are on the inaccessably side of the motherboard. What the hell. So much obvious care given to access 90% of what is most likely to have an issue. The other 10% engineered by an imbicle.

It's for the water proof seal that comes on the phones if you have ever dropped ur phone in the water like I have submerged mine even at first I freaked and I was like oh sh.t well then nothing happened didnt even get hot or shutdown or even battery issue and when I mean submerged it was under water for approximately 15 20 secs maybe a foot deep and nothing happened
