How do i make it so my wrist doesnt make the pen rotate? I find it hard not to because i use my wrist to propel it back to the starting position

You can also do it with a normal pen, just put the cap on both ends, I managed to do the trick with this

Not necessarily, but for the Charge it should be a bit heavier and more balanced pen. With just a pencil it will be very difficult.

yes he has a special pen called spinning pen its weighted on both sides so its balanced and can spin better

Maybe try a heavier or more balanced pen. That should help a lot 😄

Maybe try to focus on the circular motion and practice a few hundred circles (try to repeat step 1 to 3) Make sure that it moves forward in the correct direction for step 1. Opening the hand faster for good momentum might help in the beginning. At some point it should become more fluent motion.
