What about (1) Development Charges (2) Possession Charges? Is it (3) Govt. Society or (4) Private Society? (5) Mutatation Or Transfer Charges kitni hogi. (6) Any other hiden charges. (7) Are these will be in written form or verbal. (8) Is it like Blue World Society, Islamabad, which is not Islamabad but a village and it hid DC and its all investors are in loss.

No transfer charges or any other hidden charges 5. It’s DC are not included but will not be more then 1-1.5 lac 6. Blue World city is a illegal society declared be RDA 7. This project is NOC approved with 100% Land Ownership and Plots insured by EFU
Development charges kia hain? It’s KPK or Islamabad? How come it’s a govt society? Did the society purchased the land? What NOC did the society get and from which authority?
