TBH her moves were so basic like the basic moves of bailé folclórico, I thought this could have been much better the guys were much more entertaining
Arely Hernandez there is no basic moves of folklorico because every state and every region differ, she did great and her faldeado was pretty as well as her few vueltas de plato she did very controlled

Este no es un concurso de baile, es una quinceañera que quiso bailar un bailable típico mexicano, los muchachos bailaron muy bien y ella también el vestido era estilo típico pero no totalmente original me imagino que no querían perder la esencia del baile de quinceañera y que solo pareciera un baile típico.
Yo en lo personal lo disfruté tremendamente, que pena que siempre existan los aguafiestas.

Looks like it’s a custom made practice skirt over the corset of the dress, you can find someone who makes folklórico stresses and have them make you a practice skirt. Tell them you want satin instead of cotton if you want the shiny look

Maybe because I danced for years and I started since I was 4, and I'm still dancing. Yes she could have done better, footwork and faldeo were not clean at all. Only think I saw that wasn't a problem was la vueltas de Plato, but I would t call this great, amazing, breath taking, etc. more like .. idk.. okay.

Ajie o quinceanaras are only for Mexican girls who are turning 15 the word quince in Spanish is 15 and your not Mexican it would be weird plus it's very expensive and hard to pay for everything you have to pay for the table service the lights the place and if you have to choose if you want a limo or a party bus to get to the party and the quinceanara gets to choose who gets to go on the Perth bus or limo the whole balance for a quinceanara would be about 920,392$ for everything and you don't buy the dress! You have to freakin go to a Mexican quinceanara dress store and ask for one their then they will send give it to you on the due date for the dress when it's perfectly smooth with no wrinkles they have to make it perfect and you have to choose what theme you want for your whole quinceanara party and for the cakes dude the cakes are huge! They are not regular sized cakes you have to go to a special Mexican bakery then you have to look in a book to see WICH one you want but it has to match your theme so yeah it's money risk in but so worth it! Cuz random people also just come to the party and no one cares cuz it gets packed
So yeah once you choose the people will arrive with the HUGE! Cake sometimes they have stunning huge castle cakes! Hundreds of people come to the party! But American only do sweet 16 so instead do a sweet 16 cuz they are not expensive it very cheep! It's about 293$ it very cheap and so affordable but it is not as BEAUTFUL and rich and fun as the Mexican quinceanaras so yeah you can't afford it it's way too expensive for Americans to afford and in the party if you have a younger sibling cousin neese or any relative they get to hand you a quinceanara doll that looks exactly like you in the dress they carry a colored BEAUTFUL pillow that has a golden necklace with Virginia Mary or Jesus Christ to show Mexican ancestry then they hand to the queen and they put it on the dad gets to put the clear or high heels on for you and then the moms places the crown on top it's very BEAUTIFUL and

Es increíble que haya gente que se queja de este bello baile, luego son los mismos que comentan cosas negativas a aquellas chicas que bailan otro tipo de música y ponen que mejor bailen algo nacional y aqui demuestran su incongruencia.
Tal vez los pasos no sean iguales al baile original, pero la chica lo disfrutó, y eso es lo que cuenta.
